Hallo, du bist ein Apfel.

Translation: Hello, you are an apple. (not neccesarily saying that you are)

(insert dog's name), du bist eine gut Hund.

Translation: (insert dog's name), you are a good dog.

Ja, Ich spreche Deutsch (Yes, I speak German) and some Italian. But we won't post any foreign phrases that Admin can't easily translate, because we don't have time to check them out.

Shalom! Ani daberet Ivrit! Translation: Hello! I speak Hebrew!  I am learning French in school, but this is my first year and I'm not very good yet. Oh, well. That's what makes life interesting, learning new things!

Guten tag y hola! Abla un poco Deutsch y un poco Espanol, pero no escribe Deutsch.

(Hello and hello! I speak a little German and a little Spanish, but no write German)   D;

I used to learn German, except we did Pimslur (I forgot how to spell it) and it was boring. So we gave up on that, but some words and phrases stuck with me. (But Pimslur doesn't teach spelling! So I can only speak German, not write it, which is pretty useless right now.) Then, we tried Pimslur Spanish (Still boring!) and thus grew frustrated and stopped learning languages. This year for school, however, we do Spanish on Rosetta Stone. (Waaaaaay more fun. I love the milestones at the end of every unit!) I would love learn German after I learn Spanish.

I only know English :( but I'll keep a good eye on this thread. Maybe I'lllearn something new! Looking at German, are nouns always capitalized in German? (Apfel, apple).

Just curious!
