Chatterbox: Inkwell

Athlete Youth Academy!!

I'm officially turning the AYA's spies roleplay into a book. I don't know if I'll finish, but I hope to at least get the first book, or part one, finished! I have chapter one ready so y'all can tell me what you think!

As for plot, I've changed lots of things. Especially some silly little things I've wrote!

Athlete Youth Academy, Chapter 1: The infiltration.

Katara crouched in the corner of the room: the only noticeable movement was her striking blue eyes. They flitted back and forth as she scanned the surrounding area.

Deeming it safe, she suddenly darted forward like a snake, shooting in for the kill. Her hand leg the charge, held in front of her as it clutched a small, black device. 

In a matter off seconds she had reached the target, a low desk, and her hand worked its way under it. Her fingers looked for a good place to attatch the device, and she let go after making sure it was firmly secured to the underside of the desk. 

After glancing nervously around again, she ducked under the furniture item, turning so she lay uponher back, and so her face was turned upwards. Katara reached upwards, pushing the small, almost unnoticeable button with her finger. A small moment passed and the red light flashed, which caused the girl to let out a sigh of relief, a breath she had been unconsciously holding. 

After another small flashed eminated from the device, she wormed her way out from under it. In one fluid motion, she had rose to her feet and disappeared into the empty academy hallway, a small smile upon her face as she realized there was no interference.

It quickly faded.

Shaking her head, she moved to remove the hairtie that held her loose, hazel-color curls in a tight pony tail. For Katara, she always like to have her hair up when in action, no matter how simple the action might be. 

After she had placed the tie around her wrist, she reached up to her ear, pretending to scratch in case there were any bystanders, and flicked the peice on. She glanced around, but the hallway was empty, and then spoke. "Agent Shooter here," she muttered, keeping her voice low. "Bug 38 is in place. Mason Parks is taken care of."

A moment of silence followed before a static sound blared, causing Katara to wince. It soon faded as an almost as annoying voice responded. "Good work Agent. Now go to the cafeteria and eat with the other students, don't arouse suspicious."

Katara nodded.  "Over and out."  With a well-practiced motion she turned of the peice, letting her hair fall to cover her ear as well. It was small and hard to see, but she might as well be safe. 

A frown was upon her lips as she hurried towards the eating hall. The contact was right, no need in taking too long a bathroom break.

Darn EVIL," she sighed.
