Okay, we haven't had a Dragon type RP for awhile!
Basic plot: There is a fantasy world named Laken overrun with dragons. The king, desperate to stop the fighting between humans and dragons per the amount of death, sends a team of six people to try to stop the dragons at their core.
But, little does anyone know it, but each person in the group has a secret... one that may change the fate of the country!
In this RP, you can be:

Name: Fae
Age: 16
Gender: Female
Type: Part of group
Prefered weapon: A long sword, or a pair of fighting knives. She can use a bow, but isn't great at it.
Appearance: Tan skinned with a short wave of fiery red hair curling over her ears, pulled back over them. Her emerald colored eyes clash with her hair and skin, but the strength with which she holds herself makes up for her lack of beauty.
When at home, she wears a long green dress with simple yards of silk draped across it, the dres hiding her bare feet or mocassins.
When not at home, she wears brown leggings made of antelope that she made herself, somewhat crude. Her tunic is a thin coton with another thin layer below it. Bothare slightly green.
Personality: Fae is an extroidinarily strong girl, with a face like stone and as stubborn as it, too. She wants to prove herself, but she sometimes isn't strong enough to do something. Her fast feet and good agility make her a great swordswoman, though. She is alright with a bow.
Backstory: Fae was born as the third daughter of the King and Queen of Laken. She loves adventure and has always run out of the palace whenever possible. More backstory to come!

Name: Jayine (Pronounced Jay-nine), likes to be called Jay.
Age: 15
Gender: Male
Type: Part of the group.
Perferred Weapon: throwing axes, and a halberd. Also likes using javelins.
Appearance: Ruffled gray black hair. He has golden brown eyes, with a rather petite mouth. Wears a long black scarf. One of the sleeves of his shirts are missing, but long gloves covers both hands. Wears long brown pants, and boots that goes to his knees. Average height, but a bit skinny.
Personality: Serious, doesn't talk much and gets irritated most of the time. Very intelligent and calculating, doesn't trust anyone, and pretty much hates everyone. Doesn't have manners, and will probably stare at you for a rather long amount of time just to study you.
Backstory: He's a well known theif that is 'said' (Isn't actually true) to be raised by dragons and love them. The last part may be true, but he definitly wasn't raised by dragons. They put him on this mission just because they had nothing else to do with him. He's actually an orphan.

Appearance: Curly fiery gold/red hair. brilliant blue eyes. Wears a dark blue dress (ankle length) with embroidary around the cuffs and hem. Barefooted.
Personality: Easy, outgoing, slightly awkward socially.
Backstory: Ellen was orphaned at birth, never knowing real parents. She has a foster family but ran away: Now is 'wanted'. She can speak to dragons. At least, she can communicate with them. Ellen doesn't actually know the dragon tounge. She was on the border of whether or not to go, but decided maybe she could protect the dragons. No one else knows of this 'abilty'.

Name: Raina Carrina

Gender: Female
Role: Part of group
Apperance: Raina has hair the color of dark redwood and eyes the color of green clover. She wears a simple grey-green dress with a brown braided belt. She goes barefoot in summer and wears black boots in winter.
Weapon: Raina has a bow but normally doesn't use it or any weapon.
Personality: Raina is a quiet girl who loves books and plants. The reason she was selected for this quest was her knowledge of herbs and healing plants.
Backstory: Will find out more as we go. Is a healer in her village.

Gender: Male
Type: Someone in the action
Preferred Weapon: Cutlass and saber.
Appearance: Wild black hair that falls over his sharp face, dark grey eyes, very awkwardly tall, as he's always tripping over things.
Personality: Cocky, sly, reckless, more of a fair-weather friend, if things turn rough, he gets out of there. Dark and morbid.
Backstory: When he was young his parents died of sickness. Not wanting to live with relatives, he run away to the sea, thus joining the crew of a pirate ship.
Name: Dust
Age: She doesn't know exactly, only that she is very, unimaginably old.
Gender: Female
Type: Dragon
Preferred Weapon: Fire and claws.
Appearance: Her scales are covered in a layer of dust and grime, so now that they are only a greyish color. She is as tall as a house, having heavy-set shoulders and a long, whip-like tail. Her wings are small for her size, but heavy and strong, they arch elegantly above her, the tips narrowing down and sweeping the ground. A row of spikes runs down her back, two large horns curve slightly upwards at the tip alongside her head. Her eyes are the only thing that seem alive, large, and golden amber.
Personality: Sad, quiet, listless, disinterested and slightly confused.
Backstory: She only remembers bits of it, but this is how it goes. Dust is one of the oldest dragons, she used to terrorize the land, burning, burning, senselessly burning everything. She was a ruthless killer. Finally, the people banded together to catch her. They lured her into a prison with gold, her only weakness, and locked her inside. The people had designed the prison to last tens of thousands of years, yet they did not account for when the prison would inevitably wear down with age, and she able to get out......
Now Dust only lies there, sleeping, thinking, barely moving at all, sorting through her scattered memories. She knows from her scars and the think, broken chains scattered about that she must have been something great back then, something mighty. But she has no will to go on, and as she doesn't know, the prison doors are opening.....
