Hello, fellow CBers!
I am posting this because it has been on my mind for a while….
Blond hair, blue eyes. Slim. Pretty. Popular. Dresses cool. Mean girl. Loves pink and girly-girl stuff. Boys love her.
Glasses too large for her face, taped in the middle. Wears suspenders and plaid skirts. Really smart. Not popular. Wears hair in pigtails or braids.
Pale skin. Dark eyes sunken into her face. Black, black hair that hangs over her eyes. Dark clothes. Dark personality. Outcast, and they like it that way.
Muscular. Handsome. Plays football. Popular.
STEREOTYPES.
We use these stereotypes SO MUCH on Cricket. I have. You have. Espeically in high school/middle school drama RPs.
I’ve done it a lot. But I want to stop.
I wish- no, I DARE you the next time you join a roleplay, or when you’re writing anything in general, NOT to use this stereotype. That means no blondie mean girls.
You don’t have to do this. It’s really, truly okay if you don’t. I won’t mind if you don’t. I hope I didn’t sound mean or too bossy in this post. (That’s the problem with posting stuff on blogs- if you mean something to be friendly or funny, people might see it as mean or rude.) Just letting you know.
Just from writer to writer, I think it would be cool if we changed our ways a bit, you know?
Thanks,

That sounds good. I accept the dare. What would you have in mind as descriptions? Like this? Lisa has shining perywinkle blue eyes with chocolate brown hair that reaches her solders like that?
