This is a story I had an idea for a while ago. THIS IS NOT A ROUND ROBIN.

People have always said I have an overactive imagination. They were always right. Don't get me wrong, I always paid attention when I needed to. It was when I didn't need to, my imagination ran wild. I rode on dragons, dove deep into the ocean, fought evil mummies, stuff like that. We've all done it at one point or another. anyway, I should get on with the story.

It all started when I was walking home from school on a cold, wintry day. I saw a pencil on the ground and bent to pick it up. I saw it wasn't a pencil. It looked like a pencil, but it was made of this hard, golden stuff.  Well, mabye "golden" isn't the right word. It was more iridescent than golden. The "pencil" had a sharp point, but no graphite on the end.

Hope you all like it *looks around with Bambi eyes*

It's really good... I'd post five comments to end the suspense but my PC is ultra-slow... one of those early marriage possessions of my parents... sentimental value... luckily we just ditched one of their lovely old couches (ugh! ugh! nice couch but the support was horrible!) and got some new furniture... and they finally ordered a new computer, but I still have to use this one, which will be moved downstairs...

Now I feel disloyal to our furniture. :( :)

Okay, I'll stop rambling now. I could ramble for the talent show, I'm so good at rambling. Of course, everybody would be completely tediumated (new word), so that would sort of be a flop, and my friends would probably develop an allergy to being seen in public with me... *laughs nervously*

Yes. I believe I'll put an end to my embarrassment now. My mom asked me to put away the laundry.

Adios.

Talking to self: Seriously, ML, stop doing that. Now for the laundry, please. Thank you. Bye.

Tediumated--great word, Mary!

All right, all right. Quiet down people. I'll post more

I was twirling the pencil around, wishing it was summer, instead of winter. I imagined there were blossoms on the cherry tree I was standing next to, and a blast of shimmering light blasted out of it. The light enveloped the cherry tree for a split second, and when it went away, it was covered in cherry blossoms. I said to myself, that couldn’t be a coincidence, could it? There was a fence around the cherry tree, to keep out squirrels, etc. I pointed the pencil at it, and imagined the fence’s spikes were fountains, spraying colored water up into the air. The light enveloped it, again for a split second, and it was spraying colored water, exactly how I imagined it.
