I know, I know, there's a million RPs going on... but I have a halfway decent idea...
The Insanity Games!
So, this is like the Hunger Games, only with crazy characters. You can have characters who are clearly insane, characters that are waaaaay OP, and characters that are actually movie/book/TV show characters/OCs, not to mention characters that are just ridiculous. You can even put yourself in as a charrie!
The Games themselves are strange, too. The Cornucopia is full of things like party cannons and glitter bombs, and the events are things like custard flash floods and glitter tsunamis.
In short, this is an RP detailing a Hunger Games with ridiculous tributes, ridiculous events, a ridiculous arena, ridiculous Gamemaker traps, ridiculous deaths and generally the most ridiculous Hunger Games you can manage. The only rules?
-No immediate "just as the gong sounded, she cast lightning and everyone else died making her the winner." We're trying to make this a funny Hunger Games, and all the OP characters winning immediately isn't very entertaining.
-The above being said, the OP charries can have the power to immediately win the Games, they just don't do it.
-Please at least try to use proper spelling and grammar.
-Nothing too violent that the admins will have to censor.
-You can overthrow the government and escape the arena.
-Ski lodge-esque deaths are allowed and encouraged.
-Alter egos are allowed, though if we start to get complaints, the AE will first be nicely asked to control themselves, then if we keep getting them, the AE will be asked more forcefully, then if we continue getting complaints about that alter ego, he or she will be kicked off the thread. If they made a charrie, someone will take it over.
So... should we do this or am I being stupid?

It sounds pretty good, except l really think that this will get really confusing and kind of boring with all crazy charries.
If the Games are crazy and the charries, who are also crazy, are stuck in there, they'll just along with it, not have to make sense of it, being crazy.
But if the charries are at least half-sane, they'll have to make sense of it all, to survive. Way more exciting.
l think OP charries, (For this RP) are fine, and a few crazy ones, just not all of them.

Yes, I do like your idea! Of course, a few people have to be there to say, "WHAT THE HECK?! This is crazy!" we do need sane people to annoy the heck out of. *evil laugh*

Admins, i have two questions about rights.
#1. Say, for an example, i post a poem on Inkwell under Bob Z, and my name in real life really is Bob....uh, Bob Zwatkima. Years later, someone else publishes that poem, or in other words, plagirizes me. Since I didnt use a fake name like Dragonkid or something, can I do something about that plagirism?
#2. Can you publish something you have already posted on Cricket?
Because I put some really good stuff on here, and I dont want someone to be like, "Bob Z, this is not your own work. You have copied something off of a website!"

I need to go to school so I'll give you the fast version.
12 districts.
1 Capitol.
Each year, one male and one female tribute are chosen for the HungerGames.
They go to the Capitol.
They train in the training halls.
Their mentors (previous winners) mentor them and send them sponsor gifts in the arena.
They have an interview night.
They go into the arena.
24 tributes fight to the death in the Arena.
The Arena has a huge golden Cornucopia in the middle full of supplies at the beginning of the games. The players enter the arena on elevator disk things around aforementioned Cornucopia.
The Arena is booby-trapped like the DICKENS.
Last person standing wins. Also, top.

What supplies does the Cornucopia have?
Is the Arena a forest?
