The air became strangley heavy after Maeve and Booksy had talked for a bit. They looked out the window, but there was nothing. Everything was still.

Not only did Brookeira and Rainbow appear to be telepathic, but they could sense each other's emotions. That was weird.

Brookeira rushed to her computer and looked up when the next flight to ---------- was. Tickets were expensive, so she rushed to ask her mum for money. But there was no need. In her mother's bedroom, there was no mum to be found. In her place, only an Iron Fist of the Orc* lay.
*for those who aren't Ringers, the Iron Fist of the Orc is a weapon that orcs use.
