Hello. I am the Time Lord, Lord of time. Before I illaborate, let me explain that 1) you have to join now that you know who I am and 2) this is a steampunk scifi rp.

Now, I'm not the kill-off-people type. I just like to toy with you. So you may find that right when you're going to die, I whisk you back here.

Now, please submit your charrie with the form below. It can be as steampunk-ish as you like, but no special superpowers, ex. This rp will be mostly me writing about your charries, after all, I am the ruler of everything in the land you will be exploring, but you can give suggestions or simply point out something wrong with the post (but only if it's about your charrie.)

Appearance: Large black top hat with a pocketwatch on a chain hanging from it. Mechanical arm. Long train conductor's waistcoat. Large and slightly evil smile, with creepy red eyes.

Personality: Well. You're just going to have to find that out for yourself, won't you?

Other: Controls all time in his realm.

Gender: Female

Appearance: Half of her face is robotic, so she looks a bit like Cyborg from Teen Titans. She can shoot lazers from her mechanical eye, but they stun at best.

Personality: Kind and someone who enjoys interacting with other people. However, she has a hot temper and will attack without thinking (in other words, a fight-now-think-it-out-later person.)

Other: She just.... woke up in Time Land or whatever land it is. She has no idea what her real name is or her past.

Appearance- raven blue-black hair. Pale and thin. She has blue-black tattoos  on her arms, legs and face that are like spidery veins. 

Personality- cold. quiet. suspicious. Never talks.

Other- She is a rich heiress whose parents are gone. When her uncle dies she gets his fortune.
