Name: Cleo Valdez

Age: 10, almost 11

Grade: 5th

Personality: kind of quiet. The kind of person who sits in the back of the class getting good grades. Y'know. Kind of artsy. Likes reading and writing. Likes plays, but doesn't perform.

Appearance: Big green eyes and long black hair. Normal sized. Usually wears yoga pants and plain shirts. Unless this school has a uniform, then she wears the uniform.

Backround: she is an orphan. Her mother died giving birth to her younger brother, and her father died when he fell out of a window when painting it (he was a window washer. As you can tell, they're very poor). She got into the boarding school by scholorship and lives there. Her brother lives in the orphanage.

Classes: Art, creative writing, music (she plays the flute). 

Name~ Zeridia Blue (Lol there's a band called Zeridia and the lead singer has blue hair. Wonder where I got my name from)

Age~ 11

Grade~ 6th. She did not skip a grade she simply has a summer birthday like me. I wont turn 12 till a month before I go to 7th grade!! So it's possible.

Personality~ Adventurous, active, tough, clever, not exactly popular but has friends.

Appearence~ Let's go with that girl from the band because why not. Light bluish greeniss hair in a high ponytail. Bright blue eyes. Sorta tallish. You can tell her hair used to be blonde.

Backround~ Lived on her own for the first 3 years of her life (homeless), so she learned to be tough but now she has a family who adopted her.

Classes~ softball, soccer, basketball, and baseball. But I have an idea. the schoolo accidentally mixes up a few people's classes and she's stuck in cheerleading or something girly like that she doesn't want to do. 

We can add track and field! If it's OK with you guys, I will be taking track too, because I love running. I can't believe I forgot about that! Oh, well...

Name: Estelle Frazier

Age: 12

Grade: 6th

Personality: Cool, calm, and collected. Has amazing patience and listening skills. Popular, well-liked, kind, sweet, and tries to become friends with everybody. Funny and outgoing but not loud or overly confident. A well-rounded person.

Appearance: Wavy strawberry blonde hair that is neither long nor short; it's just in between. Fair skin. Wide, alert chocolate eyes. Short and slender. Very pretty, but it's not like "OH MY GOSH LOOK AT THAT GIRL" or anything.

Background: Only has a dad; no mom, no siblings. He was fine with Estelle leaving to go to boarding school last year when she was 11. In fact, he probably wouldn't have noticed she was gone.

Classes: She likes to take a wide variety of subjects so that she can meet more people. Although she doesn't have a huge passion for any of them, she excels in all of her classes: Robotics, drama, cheerleading, soccer, and book club. 

Name: Gabi

Age: 13

Grade: 8th

Personality: Sweet, charming, curious, kind to everyone, has a really good singing voice, artistic, funny.

Appearance: Shoulder length, dirty-blond hair, colorful clothes, green eyes

Background: Lives with her parents and bunny. Had been in all the gifted and talented classes at the school she went to before boarding school.

Classes: All required classes, and art, drama, music.

September, I think, is my absolute favorite month. 

Sunshine, sprinkles of red and yellow over the boringly green summer leaves, my new boots, and most importantly, a fresh new school year. 

Sixth grade, I think, will become my absolute favorite grade. I'm sure of it.

I have a lot of those - absolute favorites, that is. I like to be certain of everything. That way I can't mess up in life. Right?

"Girl! I haven't seen you. In literally. Forever," Kelly shouts unnecessarily, like I'm not two feet away from her dorm's doorway. 

"We just went to the mall yesterday, remember?" I spin around to hug her. "You bought me an Icee. And then drank it."

"Yeah, I went into a sugar crash later at home," she replies cheerfully. 

I grin and bear it as we hurry excitedly to our first classes. I don't even care - my absolute favorite frozen drinks are strictly milkshakes, not Icees and anyway, who has time to care when sixth grade is practically following at your heels?

Kelly squeals at an octave only heard by dogs as we approach a classroom door. I cringe. She's my best friend and I love her, but my ears say otherwise.

"Yayayay - art! See you at cheerleading practice," Kelly exclaims and dashes into the room. 

"Okay...bye then?" I falter. Aaaaaand she's gone. I roll my eyes knowingly, skipping off to whatever today will bring.

I hope it's something good.

I'm really sorry, that was maybe the most cliche thing I've ever written, but it's midnight and I couldn't resist starting (albeit experiencing a rather serious case of sleep deprivation). It's probably the most disappointing beginning we could have used, but I just HAD TO. I don't know. I'm half-asleep. Goodnight. *passes out onto bed*
