There are threads where you post your word-counts for your stories, so why not a thread where you post the mag, book, anthology, whatever where you are working towards being published? Please post where you are trying to get a poem/poems published, and little bit about that mag, book, anthology, whatever and updates as you get your submission ready and submit!
Mag: Stone Soup
About: Stone Soup is a magazine where everything in it is written or drawn by kids. They accept artwork, poems, and stories from kids ages 13 and younger. The editor is Gerry Mandel.
Progress report: It has been about four weeks since I submited poems, if I have not heard from them in 6 weeks, I will try again with new poems!
Also, if you like poetry, please join my poetry critique group! I would love to see and work with your poems!

Well, the first poems weren't accepted, so I wrote some more, and sent them in on Friday! I am hoping that one of these will get in!
I would love to know where you are trying to get published, or have been published, poetry wise!
