I'll start.
Too many people. I needed to get outside.

So I left. It was really nice outside; slightly cool, but not cold enough for a jacket, and it was my favorite time of day-- sunset.

I watched the colors flare, and die.
(February 15, 2015 - 4:40 pm)
The beautiful tie-dye colors merged and blended, giving off an astounding display. I watched happily until the last ray of sun fell beyond the horison.

"Amanda, come inside and wash up for dinner," my mom calls. "It's your favorite, Polenta !"
(February 15, 2015 - 7:20 pm)
Polenta? POLENTA? I detest polenta!

Reluctantly, I drag my feet towards the red-painted door that I had left slightly ajar in my haste to leave the wild confusion inside – the cousins had come to visit.

And I am back inside the home of ruckus-- my cousins are young and quite... energetic. The house is pretty destroyed, but luckily my mother put all the fragile and treasured thinga in an area where Cleo, Sammy, and Finn cannot get to them.

I smell the disgusting thing called polenta in the oven. I'm trying to battle my way to my older sisters room to get her perfumes when I hear a crash. I turn slowly. And I scream. The trophy cabinet has fallen on Finn.

Cleo and Sammy are standing there, looking very guilty. Sammy has a baseball bat in his hand. How did this happen? Didn't Mom put the trophy case away?
(February 16, 2015 - 4:30 pm)
Finn (why, since I began using this name for the RP, has it been popping up?) gave a dramatic scream, leading me to give a dramatic scream. Mom ran into the room, with the loudest dramatic scream of all, she even added in a theatrical gasp!

Fortunately, my mom always knows what to do in situations like this— before long, Finn is extricated from the trophy case. However, both Finn and the trophy case are in need of some repair.
"Aunt Aisling," Cleo gasped, "will Finn be alright?"
