Here's my
character sheet. I'll add little bits of the story while you guys submit more
characters.
Name: Alex

Personality:
Funny, wild.
Background: (this
is optional) He was born in a big family in the Fire Nation. He lived happily
with his parents and brother and sister until a mercenary water bender
kidnapped him and took him to the Northern Water Tribes' chief, Usan Karrio.
Eventually he escaped back to the fire nation and became a part of
the fire-bending fire fighters. (a fictional group of fire-fighters I made up)
Then went on to become a part of Avatar Luke's Team Avatar along with
young Airbender girl Yo, Earthbender Chang, and waterbender Lily.
This takes place twelve years after the Legend of Korra. Sorry about the bad
character description but I was trying to keep it short!

Coolcoolcool! I've seen a couple of these, but was too slow too join, and they were already too far along . . . :-/
Here we go:
Name: Asyra DiSol (Syra)
Gender: Female
Fighting style: she's an airbender
Weapon of choice: a pouch full of small glass spheres which break upon impact, inducing a variety of different effects; smoke, steam, a bad smell, etc.
Looks: very very light blond hair, light blue eyes, pale skin.
Attitude: drifting, mild, a good liar, never caught. Good at sneaking around, light on her feet.
Backround: left on the doorstep of an air temple, she was raised by the monks there- until she ran away, for unknown reasons. She is secretive about her past.

Name: Known as the Moonstalker, but her real name is Oceana Llyra
Gender: F
Fighting style: REALLY powerful water bender. Is one of the best in the world.
Weapon of choice: Poison-covered daggers made of ice.
Looks: Porcelain pale, with striking teal eyes. That's her symbol- those eerie teal eyes, and a crescent moon. She has a scar shaped like a crescent moon on her face.
Attitude: Quiet, mysterious. Only trusts those she knows well.
Backstory: Grew up in that swamp in ATLA. Was trained by a man named Moon and became wise and powerful. then people started invading her home, and it's her job to drive them out.

The three men quietly rowed their boat down the murky bog.
"We shouldn't be here."
"Oh, come on. You don't believe there's a Moonstalker, do you?"
"Actually, the legends-"
"They're just legends," said the third man grumpily, "So both of you be quiet."
They rowed in silence for a moment, and the man who believed in the Moonstalker began to sweat. The bog had eerie qualities. Two splashes sounded, but they were quiet, he shouldn't be afraid. Suddenly it became very hard to row, like no one was helping.
"Keep rowin-" he broke off.
The other men were gone, and nothing seemed to have happened.
His heart started to hammer. "Hullo?"
He then realized-he must be dreaming. That was it.
But when he looked at the side of the boat where his comrades should have been, he still wasn't there.
But a crescent moon and two eyes were carved into the wood.

It seems against the point of a role play that people have to be certain characters. But if you want, I'll rename my Charrie and call her Lily.

I haven't seen all the shows yet in Legend of Korra. Is Luke a made up Avatar? Or was he actually suppose to come after Korra? Can I be Luke? If not, I'll be a EarthBender.

ATTENTION: I think (if it's good with you guys) that we'll start the story after we have about two more characters. I think it would be fun to start our story by writing tidbits about how the characters meet. Sound good? Oh, and Danie, sure you can be the avatar!

BACKSTORY!
Moon was left in the swamp as an infant and found by a man named Moon. Her necklace said, "Name her Oceana." However, Moon wasn't a fan of that name, so he called her Ocean. He raised her and she became highly intelligent, almost to a frightening degree. She can be completely silent and is an excellent water bender. She wears a black hood that conceals her face.

Fighting style: Martial arts
Weapon of choice: Steampunk gun

Personality: Closed-off, aggressive
Background: Alfonso wanted to be a bender. But when he found out he wasn't, he was devistated. His parents dissapeared as well, only to make it worse. Despite his extreme intellegence, he considered himself useless, and hid in the mountains, tinkering and taking out his anger on anyone who annoys him.
