Chapter one of Let the Fire Burn ( it's a story on wattpad I am writing."

" hurry Rory! We are going to miss it!" Fawn yelled over her shoulder, jumping down the rock path.

" hey! You know with my ankle-"

" Stop complaining! Have a bit of fun!" Fawn yelled jumping into a puddle, sending mud every witch way. 

Rory rolled his eyes and jumped over the puddle and ran after Fawn. 

" where are your parents?"A guard asked stepping in the path, blocking the children's way. 

" in the-" Rory began

"In the town square already." Fawn said with a miscevious glint in her eyes. The guard eyed her but moved.

" run along." He grumbled

The town square was..... Different. Decorated with chairs and a guillotine. A man with ice blue eyes and pure blond hair was brought out, with hand cuffs on. They Positioned him on the guillotine. 

A roar sounded. The guards fell back from the man and he stood up, broke the cuffs, and fastens a blue cloak around his neck. The roar sounded out again and a dragon landed on top of the market. The guards drawn there bows and started firing arrows but the arrows bounced off harmlessly on its scales.

" HOLD FIRE! NO WASTING BRONZE ARROWS! STEEL SWORDS!" The general yells

" oh you would not hurt Axl." The blue cloaked man says calmly, as the general notches a arrow, pointing at the mans heart. " Don't." He growls. The arrow is let loose but the dragon, Axl lowers his wing and and the arrow bounces off it. The man walks toward the two children. Fawns and Rory's birthmarks burn. 

. As he approaches, they begin to hurt the children and they burn. He reaches them an pulls up Rory's sleeve. The three dots and the wispy mark starts to glow like cinders. He next pulls up Fawn's sleeve. The scratch marks over the dots that resemble a leaf ,start to glow. The man gasps and grasp there shirts, dragging them over to the dragon. 

He hops up onto the dragons back, pulling up them up. The dragon stretches his wings and hovers off the ground. The dragon soars off towards the mountains. Soon they see there destination. A huge stone building, that's built into the mountian. On top is a giant black statue of a dragon. They land with a soft thud on the snow. The dragon flys around the building but the humans enter building
