Oh boy, I didn't even come close!

For some reason I thought that I could get to 50k on my very first year of doing nanowrimo. I only ended up with about 11k. However, I now feel really motivated to finish my novel.

I managed to hand write 50,000! I am so excited because I only barely managed that number last year! Even though my story is about half way through . . .

I gave myself a word count goal of 20,000 at first. Then I realized that I had a good week left, so I changed it to 30,000. I finished my book a day or two ago, at 40,500 or so, which dissapointed me, since I wanted a much longer book.

I was going for 30,000 but I ended up finding a good ending at 28,900 or somewhere around thereabouts.

You have to be 13 to go on the adult sight. But if you are 1-18/high school graduate, you are can do a young writer's program, basically, NaNo for young writers. It's the same thing, it's only messy legal buisness, and you're breaking the law if you are under thirteen and join the adult NaNo.
