Ok, so I had this idea that there's a labyrinth with eight worlds in each of the eight doors. Each world has an element. There are eight kids, each in the opposite world of their element, who have to try to get through the labyrinth to their world.
The Elements are :
Fire
Water ( Water has ice, sea, mist, snow, and rain )
Earth ( Earth has sand, stone, gems, ores, )
Darkness
Light
Plants
Animals ( Basicly this means you can befriend animals )

Name : Zathena Farkin

Apperance : Straight black hair, tan skin, sort of muddy eyes that sometimes seem green, sometimes blue, sometimes violet, sometimes black. She wears trousers, black canvas shoes with laces, a long, tattered tunic, and an indigo mantle
How good at fighting (1-10) : 4. She can hold her own in a fight, but isn't a pro or anything.
Personality : She's brave and a bit wild, a loner who never listens to anybody and doesn't really care for anybody.
Power : Animals. She has a wolf friend.
Other : She is good with a bow and arrow and can weild a dagger, admittedly clumsily.

appearence- dark brown curly hair, dark brown eyes, tan skin, worn clothes including jeans, a blue tank top, and a jacket tied around her waist, and probably could be really pretty but just doesnt try
fighting rate- 7, trys to be extra tough but isnt the toughest.... you still shouldn't mess with her.

Appearence: Reddish blonde wavy hair that reaches to just past her shoulders, vivid green eyes that sparkle with a life of their own, she wears a moss colered dress that's dirty and torn and soft browwn moccasains her hair has some braid sin random places around her face.
How good in fighting: 6/7 Her plants help a lot but fights with throwing knives and is great with them.
Personality: Funny, mysterious, modest, adventourous, awkward around people.
Power: Plants she can control the plants that are aalready around her.
Other: Ummm.... her family where farmers and she knows a lot about plants.

Doing the same as Indigo.
Jack's personality: Sarcastic, sneaky, slighty insane when he wants to, doesn't like to work alone. Good problem solver and is a good leader.
This is a dystopian kind of thing, right? When there is a bad government with tons of technology and everyone else lives in poor shacks.
(Also, Jack can sharpen rocks pretty well and can throw them easily)

I crouch behind a trash can, trying not to damage the fragilty of the house next door. None of these houses are very pretty, or useful. We mostly stay outdoors for our own good. I sigh and hit a Officala behind the back with a rock. I hate Officalas. They are part of the Goving, and always looking for a way to turn us in and send us to the Mika. And no one wants to go to the Mika.... Though of course, no one knows what the Mika looks like or what it does. I run and roll behind another trash can, and peek out to see if anyone noticed me. I longly look at the GatGuard, which is protected by hundreds of Officalas. I wish I could open the GatGuard, and run through the labyrinth.

The game has started. I walk slowly from my starting place. I walk forward and something clicks. A dart flies out of the wall, but I catch it and with my fire element I burn/melt the metal dart. I walk forward slowly to not trigger any more traps. I feel the cold stone wall, it has slight groves in the sides. I pull myself up the wall. And I am on top of the maze. I trigger another trap and it throws me off into another part of the maze. Footsteps are near, and the girl from the animals rounds the corner. She speaks in a language and the wolf attacks. I climb the wall and throw my knife at the girl. It cuts her in the arm and I run for it. I don't have time for this.

I wasn't prepared for this.
How was I supposed to know that they would choose me to go through the labyrinth? I'm just your average, friendly kid from Light City. Why do we need to go through this maze again? Oh, yeah. Recreation. Or as I like to call it, finding my missing father.
The other kids thought I was an overfriendly nerd. As soon as the game starts, I blind two of them with my sun staff.
Not so friendly now, are we?

I touch the thin bloodied line and sigh with relief. The cut isn't very deep. I grab the girl's knife and tuck it into my belt. Glad to finally have a weapon, I race through the maze. I stop suddenly, my wolf friend Edyr skidding to a stop behind me as well. In front of me is a sheer wall. The wall splits and for a moment I glimpse a dozen crashing walls, each breaking apart and grinding together with a huge noise. I turn right around and run the other way. I turn a different corner. In front of me is an alcove with lots of semi-precious jewels and treasure chests. Edyr and I step inside. The wall shuts behind me and we plumet. I scream, in Wolf-Howl, " Edyr !!! " Edyr claws a treasure chest aside, revealing a lever. I grab it and pull it hard. We skid to a stop. I manage to pry open the doors of the death-trap chamber. I glance around. It seems me and Edyr are on a different level of the labyrinth.

I looked around to see i was the youngest there. I had to prove I could fight. Some people had noticed my young age and I ran. I didnt really know what to do so I shot a blast of water at someone who was chasing me. It knocked them back far, and I got more confident this was simple! If only they didn't have powers. The person I knocked back with my powers started to look older and older until I could swear they were at least 18. I didnt like that I shouldn't have hit him. He started to change darker and darker. I didn't what he was doing but it was scary. He kept changing until he was nothing but a shadow who was sneaking up on me. I was scared. I couldnt do this. I ran over to a corner where no one was and thought hard. This was too intense. I shed a tear that landed on the hot floor and speared knocking people over. I had powers I didnt know about! This could go either way.
