I'd like to join! Here is my character: 

Name: Allan

Age: Being stuck in a time loop, he is infinitely old and can regenerate as many times as he requires.

Species: Time Lord

Planet of origin: Gallifrey

Current home planet: None, he has a TARDIS but tries not to use it because one of the only things he remembers from his previous time loop is that he will have to destroy his TARDIS.

Appearance: Tall and lanky, he has white-blond hair and looks a lot like what one might imagine a thirty-year-old Draco Malfoy would look like. He wears a large brown Stetson, a bulletproof vest, and high leather boots.

Background: I would like to leave most of this mysterious until the time comes when Allan decides to face his terrible past. What I can say is that he was at the end of the universe, helped the Master with something horrible and destroyed his own TARDIS, and then got stuck in a time loop in which he lives from the beginning of the universe to the end, and has to repeat his evil, misguided deeds all over again. The weird thing is that he remembers his deeds at the end of the universe throughout every one of his regenerations. He knows every one of the Doctor's regenerations except for the Tenth.

TARDIS: Can change into various shapes, but it's usually in the shape of a ring that Allan wears on his finger. He barely ever uses it though, preferring to hitchhike with other people.

Species: What are the lizard people from earth called again?

Personality: Smart and sneaky, can handle the TARDIS almost a swell as the Doctor.

Meant to join this, but... as I started the last two, which bombed horribly, thought it best to wait and see what happened.

Strikingly beautiful and pretty, has long blonde flowing hair, wears special contact lenses to make her eyes look golden. Their natural color is green, but she thinks that's a dull color

Personality

Used to live on earth in the 66th century. When she was 14 her parents were invited on a space voyage across the universe and they took her with her, much to her dismay. Unfortunately the ship crashed and Aimee was ejected into space. She managed to hitch onto a passing spaceship and break in through the (faulty) airlock.

Aimee was kicked off by the pilot on Skaro, where she met another Time Lord whose name she didn't get before stealing his TARDIS and running off with it. This Type-70 TARDIS liked Aimee way better than the Time Lord and showed her how to fly her, and so they flew away. She decided to embark on a quest through the universe to find the perfect boy.

She eventually did find such a boy by the name of Arthur Ross, who was fabulously striking. He was also defending a colonized Skaro from an invasion of Cybermen. She decided to help him, but in the process was deleted by a Cyberman when they found that she was not compatible. When this happened Aimee regenerated.

It turned out that the TARDIS had given Aimee the ability to regenerate, as well as a few other Time Lord powers, and so Aimee assumed her current incarnation. Arthur actually liked her second body way better than her first one, and when she asked if he wanted to come with her in the TARDIS he readily agreed.

She has met the Doctor twice already, both times in his 10th (well technically 11th because of John Hurt) incarnation. And both times he has complained to her for being a copycat and doing things that he believes are his job, although she does actually have quite a different style.

Kolinn never talks, but writes instead. And It is hard to tell his personality if you dont have a pen and paper.

This was soooo much fun! People thought the Doctor was the master at giving people the slip, that was before they met Shelle Morrow. She had sent the Doctor on a literal wild goose chase then stole the TARDIS. No matter what the Doctor wouldn't take her to Scarros  so that made her really want to go, here she was! was that person spying on her? She just got here!

Ok, I watched the TV movie yesterday. I vote for 8 to be our Doctor!!!
