Character Cafe

What would happen if a character could meet other characters? What if a character could leave their story/ies and discover the world unknown? The world outside their author's mind?

Okay, so basically this is just like central station at Wreck-It Ralph (I know, kinda dumb idea), except it's a cafe where our characters go. Your character can meet other characters, and in the meantime, you--as the author--will learn more about your character. Anyways, here's the form:

Character's Name:
Book they are from:
(Looks and Personality are optional)

*You can enter up to three characters, and, depending on how many people enter, you may be able to enter more*

My character:

Character's Name: Victoria Hale
Book they are from: Hidden Secrets

Victoria ran through the pages of Hidden Secrets. She wanted to get out of there. She was on hold in a creepy, locked room. Urg. Creeping past her parents in the portal, she figured she might as well go to the Café to meet some friends from somewhere far away from Colorado. Maybe even her friends from New York were there! She smoothed out her cobwebby clothing and walked to central station, locating the café. There it was! She was a bit embarrassed about her scraggly condition, but she figured other characters would understand. Authors were so annoying sometimes!

Lani looked around at all the other characters in the cafe. Everyone else seemed to be different--she saw lots of more popular characters than she, and nobody else seemed to have magic, except for maybe Hermione Granger in the corner by the window, but she didn't really count. She couldn't really be a friend. She was from Harry Potter. You couldn't just walk up to someone from Harry Potter, not when you were from a series like The Unwanteds.

Lani took a deep breath. She reminded herself, she had come here in order to meet new characters. She couldn't chicken out now. And she walked over to Hermione in the corner.

Lani nervously fingered her paper dragon, unfolding and refolding the creases, rubbing the crayon eyes with her thumb for luck. "Greet," she commanded it.

The little origami paper dragon swooped through the air towards Hermione, puffing small bursts of flame in pretty starburst shapes. It landed on top of Hermione's pile of books and chirped.

"H-hello," Lani said, walking up to Hermione. "That's my dragon. Can I sit here?"

"Yeah, sure!" said Hermione, moving a small pile of books off a chair and placing them on the table. "I'm Hermione Granger, from Harry Potter. You are...?"

"Lani Haluki, from The Unwanteds."

"Nice to meet you, Lani. By the way, I'm sorry, I can't help being curious I'm such a nerd, but did you use Piertotum Locomotor for that dragon? You know, the making-things-alive spell?

"No, actually... In Artime, we use artistic magic, not spells really. My friend Alex, he folded the dragon, and giving it those eyes and the tongue make it able to see. It's just basically your imagination, you don't really have to study it. Our magic. I mean."
Hermione didn't seem to notice Lani's blundering, which made Lani glad.
"That's pretty cool, your magic. I guess Hogwarts magic is more... academic. You have to study spells, and get the right wand movements and articulation... you have to be more precise, but you can also do more advanced stuff. Like, if your magic is artistic or elemental, you're kind of limited." said Hermione.
"Exactly!" agreed Lani. "Magic is so different, don't you think? Elemental, artistic, academic, and you know there are those characters where it's just like a ball of power that flows out of them... the authors can't seem to decide what magic is, exactly."
Hermione nodded, and flipped open a book on magic to show Lani, and soon the two were discussing magic together energetically.

"Whoa." Grover looked up at the big, flashy building in front of him. "Am I supposed to be here? Juniper said I would meet her at a library. I don't think this is a library." Grover was just about to leave, when he spotted something behing the glass of one of the windows. "Can!" he shouted, and burst into the character cafe.

I'm Hermione Granger. EVERYONE KNOWS WHO THAT IS!

Hermione sat in the corner, remembering defensive spells. She saw a girl walking up. "Hi," she said.

Amicia had always liked Harry Potter. I'll go say hi, she thought, How do you saty hi to someone that famous?

"Alaina, is that you mom right there?" pointing to a woman who seemed a bit lost. "Otherwise..."

"Well, nice talking to you! See you later!" Lani slid out of the booth and walked away. It had been quite nice talking to Hermione. She wasn't snobby or condescending at all, even though she was a very well known character. Lani appreciated that.

After getting a cup of hot cocoa at the counter, Lani continued walking around the cafe. She noticed mostly girl characters from a large variety of genres: some historical fiction, a bit of fantasy, one or two characters from dystopias, and of course several from novels.

Still in search of Alaina's mom, Victoria bumped into a different girl. "Oh, I'm sorry," she said.

"It's fine. What's your name? I'm Lani."

"I'm Victoria, and I'm from Hidden Secrets--a book you've probably never heard of. Where are you from?"

"The Unwanteds, by Lisa McMann. It's a series. It's about art magic. I'm a Storytelling focus -- stories and writing are my art." said Lani, brushing her long black hair out of her face. She looked at Victoria. She didn't seem quite the mage type... but who knew?

"So what's your story about, Victoria? Hidden Secrets -- you've got a pretty cool title. Definitely better than 'The Unwanteds'!"

Character's Names (there are two of them): Bilbo Baggins and Gandalf

Book they are from: The Hobbit

Gandalf and Bilbo caustiously entered the cafe and looked around nervously. "I don't like the looks of this place, Master Baggins," Gandalf muttered. "Stay on your toes."

"Gandalf, what part of Middle Earth is this?" Billbo inquired.

"I'm not sure, but it is even more sinistr than Mordor."

This might be a little late, but this looked a lot of fun. :D I'm going to add a character that's from one of my own books, and it's not going to be a human. :P

Dawn padded towards the doorway of the Character Cafe. Many people were chatting, or ordering something from the register. The girl behind the counter looked down.

"Hey Dawn," the girl said, as she turned back around, telling another girl somebody's order. Dawn mewed a greeting, and walked further into the cafe. She silently weaved in between different people. At last, she came to a table, not surrounded by people. It had one chair, both the table and the chair facing the window. Dawn leaped up onto the table-clothed table, and sat down. She narrowed her yellow eyes with red around the pupils, as two strange-looking characters came in.

" Must be new," Dawn muttered. She turned her head back to the window. Why did Noelle Cat have to make Caspian mad at her?

She changed her mind when she saw Gandalf walk through the door, "Er, hi." she said nervously as Gandalfs frowned at her. "Um I have a freind that is a wizard but what is it like being a wizard in Middle Earth?" Gandalf proceeded to explain.
