*gets ready for school*

*can't find shoes*

*spends 30 minutes searching for them*

*crams to study for test*

*going to be late*

*runs out the door*

*forgets coat*

*goes inside and grabs coat*

*goes back out*

*forgets keys*

*finds keys*

My dad:

Oh wait, no school today. Snow day!

Me:

*screams with rage* ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!?!!!!!!

So, yeah. That was my lovely, peaceful morning. How was yours?

back to the Inkwell

We've had that happen with our school, and they call right before we're about to get in the car.

My morning was normal, it was the afternoon that was weird.  We started getting snow, so we got out an hour and a half early, but the busses were late so we got held in our classroom.  Then we went on the bus, when I talked to my friend and he made a weird roller coaster on minecraft.  Then I walked off the bus and then realized "Oh, yes, I literally had the specific inner dialogue this morning about how 'Eh, I don't need my boots today.'"  Then it turns out said friend had boots in his bag and he put them on in the middle of the road.
