The Daily Punctilio!!!

For those of you who know of the Unfortunate And Highly Annoying plights of Lemony Snickett and the Baudelairs, you will also know of the Most High Obnoxiousness of the Daily Punctilio. 

Here, you can post sections of books/movies/stories-you-are-writing-yourselves/etc. that include something or someone that you find Particularly Pestiferous, Outstandingly Obnoxious, or just plain Individually Irritating (properly notated, of course with the author/book/etc. name/title so as to be Completely Legal And Within The Law, a title most unfortunately not held by either Mr. Snickett or the Daily Punctilio.)  

Here, we shall discuss the traits that make people/groups/newspapers like Dolores Umbridge or the Daily Punctilio or....um, I actually can't think of any more at the moment, so I guess I should leave it at that and let you guys suggest more persona to add to the Great High List Of Reprehensible Characters That Leave You With A Sense Of Annoyed-ness.....okay, the title needs a little working on, but isn't “GHLORCTLYWASOA” a great acronym?.....nope, never mind, looking back at that, I'd say that it's just a little bit too long. (Just a little!)

P.S. Even if you have never heard of Lemony Snickett or the Daily Punctilio (or even Dolores Umbridge), you are welcome to share your insights on the sickly-sweet (or just plain evil) obnoxiousness of annoying characters you know.
