Hiya, Tessa! Nice to see a new face here! I am Red. I am a high schooler and, man, I really want to go back to third grade. Those were some seriously fun times. Although they had spelling lessons back then. It seems I've forgottn every word I learned how to spell. Honestly, you can probably spell better than I can.

I'm not really new here because I've been here for a year and a couple of months. In that time, I've taken over the world with an enormous army of lemmings, nearly got poisoned by a cupcake, murdered ten people, died twice, ran off with an animate chicken dinner, made friends with a baseball bat named Chad, and generally run amock. I hope this gives you a good idea of the antics that happen here.

If you ever need anything here at the Chatterbox, I'd be more than happy to help. See you around! 

Hi Tess! I'm Teresa! 

I'm a high schooler. I had so much fun in third grade! I love to dance, especially ballet and pointe. I've been in ballet since I was four and in pointe since I was twelve. I also love to read and write. Right now, I'm working on a novel for NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month). I also like to take pictures and cook.

Here on the Chatterbox we do a ton of things!

*SI's: We play games like SI, which stands for Secret Identity. We pretend to be a certain character or thing other than ourselves, then we try to guess who is who.

* RP's and RR's: These are our two categories of story writing. The first one, RP, stands for role play. It means that each person creates a character and writes from that character's perspective. The second one, RR, stands for Round Robin. It means that one person starts a story and people add on to what the previous person says. 

*Murder Mysteries: Every once in a while a Chatterboxer writes a murder mystery. He uses the name T.O.N. while writing them. Usually, it's a dialogue with all the people who sign up and each day one of us dies. It's quite entertaining!

*Book Clubs

I love to read and write and draw. And chatter about random stuff. Rambling is one of my favorite hobbies. I'm pretty new, just joined in September, was it? I think so. Anyways, now I wish I had joined a long time ago, because this is an aweosme place! I love it and I hope you do to!

What are some of your favorite books? Mine are the Tapestry books, Percy Jackson, Heroes of Olympus, The Sword, The Sheild, and The Crown, and the first three books of Harry Potter. If you ever need book recomendations, just ask! ;)

Hello, I'm Melody!  I'm a long-time CBer.  I've been here since I was ten, so I think I beat Red XD.

I am super obsessed with Disney.  Like seriously, I apologize.  I am a sophomore in high school.  I do jazz and tap dance.  I play clarinet in my school band and act and do tech for my school drama club.  We just finished a production of Our Town and I currently have a headache from cast partying.  Our next production is for the Massachusetts Educational Drama Festival, and I'm supa excited.  Like some other CBers, I have died twice on here.  I also mass murdered a few of them, so umm... Yeah...

Hi Tess! Welcome to the Chatterbox. There are so many things you can do on the Chatterbox... so many things that the possibilities are endless! 

I'll start off my introducing myself. My name's Nina and I'm 11 years old. I live in the sunny state of Florida. I love to play the piano, be creative, and read. I read so much that I might consider myself a bookworm. But there are some major bookworms out there, too! My favorite color is blue and I love panda bears.

There are 6 different places to chat, as you can see. This Month is basically where the bugs post about recent Cricket magazine issues and you can talk about what you liked in the magazine. Chirp at Cricket is where everyone goes crazy and talks about really random stuff that don't belong in any category (so don't be afraid to talk about anything there!). Blab about Books is probably my favorite place to post! You can talk about your favorite books, genres, authors, or upcoming books. Down to Earth is where you can post stuff about school, life, and the world around you. Pudding's Place is where you can chat about your favorite movies, music and the arts. And finally, there's the Inkwell. You can post short stories, poems, or writing ideas.
