Chatterbox: Inkwell

Admin, does "Your post has been created" mean that the post has been actually posted, is approved, or is sent? I'm confused of what exactly it means.

I'm not sure where you're seeing that. If it's right after you hit "Submit," I believe it just means that your comment has been sent to the Comment Queue. It will be reviewed by an Admin, who then will post it (deleting inappropriate parts, if any).
