I don't know how this would exactly work.... Hmmm.....
I guess we would all start with our own character. They can have one starter Pokemon, from any of the games, but it has to be a starter.

Apperance: Blonde hair, wears a light brown cap. He is short and sometimes mistaken for being younger than he really is.
Personality: Unsure, second guesses himself often.
Other: Finds bug type Pokemon creepy.

Personality: A bit overconfident, sometimes gets irritated with Comet's habit to second guess himself.

Alex, I choose you!
I woke up to the sound of Pidgies chirping and alarm clocks ringing. What a promising start to a great day. The day when I GOT MY FIRST POKEMON!!! Suddenly remembering that, I leaped out of bed (I had slept in my clothes) and ran out of the room. Then, I remembered the alarm clock and ran back to turn it off. I blazed through breakfast faster than a Snorlax and then belted out the door. Today was my first day as a Pokemon trainer! Whoo-hoo!
And I made it to the lab first. Professor Oak was all ready with some speech about choosing carefully and Pokemon are your friends and some other meaningless what-not, but I ran up to him and begged, "Please let me have Charmander!"
"What?" He looked startled.
"Charmander!" I grinned. "The best most awesome Pokemon in this region!" He looked at me strangely.
"Wouldn't you also like-?" he began.
"Nope," I said. "Charmander."
He looked at me a bit oddly and then handed me a Pokeball. "Now, treat it wisely, young man, and always remember..."
I was out the door before I could hear the rest. I opened up my Pokeball behind the lab and let out my new buddy. The Charmander came out, all orange and happy and yawning cutely. D'aww. "Hey, little guy!" I announced. "I'm Alex, your new best bud! What's your name, little guy? How about Soap?" He blinked oddly. "Soap it is!"
"So, Soap, I'm not sure what the heck we're going to do, but I figure the best thing will be to travel around and battle all the gym leaders! And make new friends! And go! Fight! Win! And someday challenge the champion and then Red! We have a whole world of adventure in fornt of us! And we're going to do it together! With you at my side, we can do anything! Now! We march! And leave! And explore the great unknown! Except... wait a minute. I should probably pack some things up first. Like food. Food is good. Do you like food, Soap?"
Soap stared at me like I was insane. I knew we would get along well.

Can I still join? I really like pokemon but stopped watching after Dawn came on the show.

Appearence: blond hair in a pontail, always wearing headphones. Fairly short, pale skin with some freckles.
Personality: Always fairly excited, optemistic unless something bad happens, fairly hyper and can be oblivious.
Other: Loves sweets and pokemon love her. Loves to sing any type of music. Heavy metal, pop, country, Opra, you name it! Her favorite types of pokemon are grass type and dragon types. She never notices if a guy trys to flirt with her. I really want her to catch a Dratini. Is that ok?
