Muffins!! i really

Muffins!! i really like them. Chatterboxers please tell me your favorite kind. Mine is probally mocha chocolate chip!!! My mom made up the recipe.

Sure! Here it is-

Mocha chocolate chip muffins. ( makes 12)

 Dry-

2 c. flour ( we use whole wheat)

2 and one half tsp baking powder

3 tbl. cocoa

1 tsp. salt

3/4 c. chocolate chips

Mix well. Get another bowl for wet ingredients. 

Wet-

1 beaten egg

3/4 c. sugar

1 cup milk

1/2 c. oil

1 tsp. vanilla

2 tbl. instant coffee-dissolve

Mix well. Add wet to dry. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray muffin tin and pour in.  Cook for fourteen minutes ( or till done). Hope you enjoy!

 

Thanks, Claire. My tummy is rumbling. By "instant coffee-dissolve" do you mean 2 tablespoons dry instant coffee, then just put it into the listed wet ingredients to dissolve? If you meant it should be dissolved in water then we'd need to know how much water. It seems to me you mean: 2 tbl. dry instant coffee powder.

Yes, just add the two tablespoons of dry instant coffee into the wet ingridients.

Butternut squash and cranberry (each one separately!). My mom bakes the best muffins I've ever tasted, from scratch.

I yhink my fave are full chocolate muffins with the chocolate chips in them.I had one before in a theme park and in a food store.Like heven on earth.Ahhh.......I like pretty much every muffin too!
