For me, Christmas is all about religion and is rooted in religion and I don't like people saying otherwise.

I'm very sorry. I am a strong Catholic. Time for the Christmas lecture... Ok, maybe you get that from your grandma every year. The reason we celebrate is because of Jesus! I'm almost in tears...

@Admins: It's not just for me. If a holiday has roots somewhere, it's for everyone. I'm sorry if I sounded mean to you, but you really watered down my comment.
Yes, Christmas has roots in Christianity, but today it means different things to different people. For me, too, Christmas is primarily religious, but I respect the rights of others who may feel differently.

Nature or technology? Nature!! I love both, though, which explains the computer. In my defense, much of what I do on it has to do in nature in some way; just now I was on entomology websites, and only a few minutes before that I was researching limnology.
Old music or new music? Old music, as in hundreds of years old!
Halloween or Christmas? Christmas! Again, though, I love both. I wonder if there'll be anything on this quiz I won't love...
Classic books or modern books? Classics--but again, I love both!
Candy or fruit? Hm... It depends on the type of candy and the type of fruit. I prefer chocolate to any fruit, but I prefer berries to any non-chocolate candy. I love most fruit and candy, though. I suppose I prefer chocolate to berries, but it's close.
Chocolate ice cream or vanilla ice cream? Chocolate!! Although, of course, I love both again.
Books or movies? BOOKS! I like movies, but I actually don't love them!
Writing or math? Writing fiction or non-fiction? Learning about math or practicing it? I prefer writing non-fiction to any kind of math, but I prefer learning about math to writing fiction--but since my first choice is a type of writing, and my last choice--practicing math--is a type of math, I'll say writing.

Oranges; so much better.
Dogs; I'm allergic to cats.
Nature; I like tag more than is healthy. And I sprint. A lot.
NEW MUSIC; alternative is the best invention ever.
Christmas; I'm too tall for trick-or-treating, nobody gives me candy anymore because they think I'm in high school.
Modern books; Harry Potter, Percy Jackson, need I explain more?
Fruit; Fruit from Thailand. And China. Yum.
Chocolate; it's closer to coffee.
Books; duh.
Writing or math? Um... I'm really good at math (doing three grades above), but I really like writing while listening to Linkin Park and Muse.... ugh, I'll have to say writing.

Well, I said Halloween because it was Christmas. Because I'm from a non religious Russian family. And therefore I celebrate New Year's Day pretty much the same way you do Christmas.
Also, I don't like books that are THAT old. Little Women is a dreadful bore for instance/

@Analesia: You should read Peter and the Starcatchers by Ridley Pearson. I liked Kingdom Keepers, but in my opinion these were even better. Tinker Bell FTW!!
Oranges; I really like apples too, but seeing as I can't eat them... yeah.
Cats; They're so mysterious and cool. I really wish I could get one. :(
Technology; As Analesia said, you can't Chatterbox on a leaf. I'm also enjoying my new birthday iPod while writing this. :)
New music, unless it's rock; I'm ashamed to admit it, but I like pop. Yes, point and laugh all you like.

Candy; Depends on the fruit and the candy, but on the whole, candy is better. Especially chocolate with fruit or caramel in it.
Vanilla; Chocolate ice cream (and cake) are way too chocolatey. You stop tasting it after a while. Whereas vanilla is always good, and goes with anything.
BOOKS!! Duh! Unless it's a REALLY bad book (The Music of Dolphins) compared to a REALLY good movie (Pirates of the Caribbean [first good movie I could think of]).
Writing; I like fiction writing WAY better than any type of math, but I think I like learning about complicated types of math better than writing non-fiction. I hate essays.
