Steve Jobs died

Steve Jobs died on Wednesday. He was fifty-six. He changed the world of technology and created so many amazing electronics. For those who don't know him, he was the creator of Apple. May he rest in peace.

Yeah I heard that from my mom and read some about it. He helped invent Apple the computer (Which I find preferable to Dell) and a lot of the things like the ipad and the iphone. I think the Ipod touch as well.

He and some of his friends either started work on the Apple computer either right out of high school or right out of college.dita

They preempted Jeopardy to tell us that.  I was sad, not only because I didn't get to finish the ballet category, but because he's a genius.

I've hardly ever used any computers that aren't Macs.

I know, it's so sad! He lived very close to where I am now, so we heard about it early on. I personally don't use any Apple products (really, no joke), but my parents do, and it's really sad to think that the person who created them is gone... may he rest in peace.

Yes, I got an email from my friend who was basically freaking out letting me know that he had died and it surprised me so much.  I had had no idea about his health problems, though my parents had, and so I was shocked beyond belief.  I'm typing this on my trusty MacBook Pro, a computer that has allowed me to do so many things.  Thanks to Steve Jobs, so many of us have been able to do so many amazing things.  Thanks for posting this, Elizabeth.  Steve Jobs, rest in peace.
