Yup, yup. I brought this up. So... does anyone here wear makeup? (Do you spell that with a dash, space, or neither by the way?) I don't unless I'm doing a show. Or today when my eye looks really funny. (Actually, I'm not wearing any makeup right now.)
According to the dictionary we use (Random House Unabridged), makeup as you use it here is one word with no hyphen.

I've been blessed with clear skin so I don't exactly need makeup, except I for my eyes. I mostly just use mascara and blush. :P

I wear eyeliner, mascara, and ocasionally eyeshasow, so mostly just stuff to emphasize my eyes. I don't over do it, though. <.<

Mascara, and sometimes lip gloss. (Real lip gloss, not the 89¢ strawberry-flavored kind I used to have a lot of from birthday parties.) But I don't like the way lipstick looks on me. I prefer the "no-makeup" kind of look.

I have really nice skin (as my mom says :)) so I mostly just wear mascara and lipgloss I have no need for foundation or blush but sometimes I wear eyeshadow :)

I don't really wear makeup unless it's a special occasion (like a concert, or a really nice party, or whatever). It's annoying, because it seems like almost everyone at my school wears makeup every day and most people overdo it... then I feel awkward because I don't. But whatever. :) When I do wear makeup (again, almost never), I usually wear mascara, eye shadow, eyeliner (I've actually only worn eyeliner twice for promotion activities), lipstick, and concealer for the wonderful acne which teendom brings. (*groan*)

I feel that I'm too young to wear makeup. Yes, I sometimes put on lipgloss or play around with eye shadow, but at the moment I'm not big on the eye liner/mascara thing.
The girls in my glass probably wear a pound of facial powder first, then brush their eyes TWENTY times with mascara and then TOP it off with really really dark eyeliner. It actually isn't dark; they just pencil over it a billion times before they finally are happy. Oh, and this is not including their billion trips to the bathroom to look in the mirror and fix it.
Okay, I should probably stop before I offend someone.

Yeah, I feel like I'm too young, too. Plus I've always been scared of eyeliner, given the time that I was clowning around with it once with a cousin and poked myself in the eye. Fortunately I've been told that I probably would look bad with eyeliner, so that's all good. As for makeup that I actually do wear, just lipgloss. Nothing else. Except sometimes a little gold eyeshadow, but that effect is pretty much erased by my glasses. ...Yet another reason to want contacts...I think I'm fighting a losing battle :)

@Elizabeth M.: Some girls in my grade put on a lot of makeup too. And it looks really... try-hard'y and not very good. *sigh* Actually, I can only think of two people who wear makeup, but my grade was pretty small (around thirty people).

Well, I actually just got contact lenses, so I've been kind of obsessed with bringing out my eyes. I've had glasses since second grade…so yeah. I wear kind of a lot of eye-makeup. No lipstick though, as I've always thought it looked rather riddiculous on most people. I don't need to wear concealer, so I don't. Plus, I'm actually extremely vain. I try not to be, but I am. So of course, I'm going to spend half an hour every day doing my makeup. Don't judge me. :P

I think eye liner makes eyes looks squinty and small, mostly when you overdo it. I already have kinda squinty eyes (not horribly, but yeah) so it would make it worse I feel... and on top of it all my mom says eye liner is trampy. So there you have it. :P I really like my natural lip color/shape so I only had lipgloss to give some shine.

Nope, no makeup for me. I think people are more beautiful just the way they are. Anyway, my skin is bad enough without clogging it with makeup, and most makeup contains icky chemicals.
