Heroes and Heroines

Heroes and Heroines

We were talking about this in English class. The teacher asked who your heroes had been when you were little and who they were now. Most of the boys named soccer players (go figure) but I thought it would be interesting to know who your heroes/heroines used to be and who they are now.

I guess I'd say that my heroine used to be Hermione Granger but I can't figure out who it is at the moment...

Anyway, I hope to hear a lot of names soon!

If by "heroes" you mean "real person you look up to, admire, and aspire to be similar to", then... Bernadette Peters. (I know, I know, shut up.) And Stephen Sondheim, to a very slightly lesser degree. Also my dad. ...And Terry Pratchett.

If you meant fictional characters, Vetinari. The Doctor (esp. Eleven, but also Ten to a lesser extent). Susan Sto Helit. Donna Noble. Vimes. (I... like Discworld and Doctor Who. Can you tell?) Bert the Chimney Sweep. Aaand Morticia Addams. :D

When I was little, I didn't have any real heros, so they were Spiderman and Batman. Now, it would probably be Stan Lee lol :D.

I think Saint Elizabeth of Hungary was my heroine when I was little. I don't think I have one now.

I don't really have one. To a tiny degree, you could possibly say Hermione, Luna, Methods! Harry, Jane Goodall, Temple Grandin, that character from The Dog With Golden Eyes, Tiffany Aching, that Mary Sue from Uncle Tom's Cabin, and a whole host of other people, but I wouldn't agree with you.
