This is  where one of the Admin's posts what time[s] the Admins will be on.

Many times I am on say around 2 and the Admins aren't so my comment doesn't appear until the next day...

Hopefully everyone will benefit from this!

 

Ok Admin, (if you can, bold font please) post the schedule (for yourself and all the other Admins): Oh, be sure to put Admin 1,2,3 (,4,5,6, i don't know how many there are...).

We don't have a set schedule, Vida. We each have a lot of other editorial responsibilities, too, so it just depends on deadlines, what needs to be done when, how many contest entries there are to read, etc. I aim to post comments on weekdays in the late afternoon and evening, but sometimes I have a rehearsal or meeting to attend so it may be late at night. Another Admin covers weekday office hours. Weekends and holidays it can be anytime. We do the best we can. Sometimes you'll just have to be patient. We hope you never have to wait over 24 hours for a post to appear, but that could happen if one of us goes on vacation. Sorry I can't be more specific.

back to the Down to Earth

I've noticed that posts take a bit longer to post on, say Christmas, or Thanksgiving, or any other holiday that people celebrate.

@ZB: Well, obviously!  The Admins are actual people who celebrate actual holidays!  The thing is, Vida, you have to realize what I just said.  The Admins are actual people and they don't just sit by the computer all day. But good idea. :)

Oh, no you misunderstood. I know they are people just like me and you, I know enough not to post on holidays... But I just thought that they were assigned specificaaly to the CB. I didn't know how many other responsibilities they have...
