Confirmation.
Chatterbox: Down to Earth
Confirmation.
Confirmation.
Have any of you had to go through Confirmation? I had to this year. We moved to another church and the pastor said that we had to go through Confirmation. In this church it's usually for sixth and seventh graders (taking two years), but since I'm already in seventh I did the faster version and am getting done in just one year.
So, what did you have to do for confirmation (if you did it)?

What church is it? Is it non-denominational church. Well I am a Catholic and we have Confirmation, but I haven't been Confirmed yet. For what grade or age in the Catholic Church it depends on what Diosese.

I'm a Catholic and at my church you have to be 16. It seems to be around that age for most Catholic churches, but, then again, I don't know that much about other Catholic churches. :) My sister got it this year, though!

I'm Catholic also. In my church, though, you get confirmed in 10th grade, so I haven't gotten confirmed yet.

At my church, which is Roman Catholic, you get confirmation in 11th grade. You get yours really early compared to others... :)

In Lutheran churches, I think Confirmation is slightly different than in Catholic ones. Most Lutheran churches confirm in 7th or 8th grade.

At our Catholic Church, we get confirmed in 10th grade. I'll be confirmed next spring.
