Chatterbox: Down to Earth
Hi everyone. This is a goodbye thread. Please, do not mourn. I could never leave the CB, and I would never claim to leave, because, frankly, I don’t think that’s possible for me. I just decided it’d be best to get me and my big mouth out of here. J No I’m just kidding, that’s not the reason. Although I’m sure I do sound considerably mean sometimes and I want to apologize right now for that—you all know me, I never mean to actually offend someone. I just always end up doing it in my own way. But, actually, I think I’m just going to… take a break, more or less. I know it’s late in the Lenten season, but I just recently decided that less computer time would be a sacrifice that I hadn’t considered, so that means I’m cutting down on CB time. You might still see me occasionally, when my fingers *accidentally* type in the web address and I find a thread I can’t help but comment on, but hopefully not that often, because then I would be doing a terrible job at keeping this sacrificial promise. But, anyway, I will be joyous to be once again a full-time member of the CB… after Easter.

You will be missed, RD, but I understand. Actually, there are still 4 weeks of Lent left. It's not even half over yet. We look forward to hearing from you after Easter.

When I saw "This is a goodbye thread," I nearly had a heart attack. I was seriously freaking out until I saw that it's only for Lent. Whew. I just want you to know that everyone here loves you and we'll really really miss you. You contribute so much to the Chatterbox and make it fun to be on. Thanks for everything! I'm really looking forward to the end of Lent now so that we can have you back. I know I should probably cut back on computer time, but I just really can't do that. :) I admire you for being able to go ahead and take a break. Have a wonderful end of March and beginning of April!! (And sorry I'm sending this to the back. I'll try to get it back up to the top again.)

Hey, look, I'm back. Haha, not really, I just forgot to mention that I might be part of an SI. :) I think I'll continue posting on the SI, until it's over (If I'm even part of an SI), which is all right, because I didn't give up the CB completely... just mostly.
@Admin: Oh, I didn't realize there were four weeks left. Good!
@Leaf: You almost made me cry. O.o That was so sweet of you to say! Yes, I wanted to make you all suffer mwhahaha... just kidding. I just felt kinda weird randomly giving up the CB (mostly) a couple weeks into Lent, so I decided to make a whole speech first. :) But- really, thank you. And I'll be the first to make an Easter thread, I'll be so happy to be backkkk! :)

When I saw the first words in this post, my heart sank down to the tips of my toes. When I saw who was posting it, I had to read it again, because I couldn't believe my eyes! R~D~, we'll all miss you so much; Easter seems even farther away now. :] I am so happy that you'll be coming back, CB would never be the same without your creative posts, kind comments and smiley faces. :) I for one don't think you need to apologize for your "big mouth." I love the fact that you're so honest and say just what's on your mind. I'll be so excited when you come back on, we'll have to have a virtual party. ;) *hugs*

But thanks for telling us, and make sure you come back after Lent! We would miss you so much if you ever left permanently; you add so much to the Chatterbox. :)
