Have any of you heard of this? It's a Japenese form of comics. I think they're mostly girly. I'm learning to draw them and I absolutely love reading them! Does anyone else draw/ read them?

back to the Down to Earth

I have heard of Anime/ Manga and it is beautiful! Sometimes I try to draw it, but it never turns out right. What is yours about?

 

And sometimes we get Cricket League art contest entries drawn in the style of Anime.

@ Admin--When I get really good I may enter anime art! 

@ Choco-- I think the characters are really adorable! ;) You should get a book about how to draw them It's really hard and you need a lot of concentration. If I could post a picture of mine I would but that doesn't work. My friend draws them amazingly! Do you mean which comics? I'm reading one called Princess Kiala, .Hack, ION... And a few others. ;)

I've heard of Anime, but I don't read it or draw it. Sounds like you're really enjoying it though! :)

I have and do watch anime tv shows and movies. Have you ever heard of Castle in the Sky or Spirited Away? I don't draw it but I know some people who do it really really well. Their pictures are almost exactly like the professional ones.

@Elizabeth D-- I know Spirited Away. I've heard of Castle in the Sky but I still have to see it. 

@ Choco-- Well, I've tried to draw some comics. LIke one they have a Talent Show tryout. I know lame idea but I was kind of lost. I gave up because I couldn't make my character look the same in each picture.  Right now I'm mostly just copying people from the comics.
