Photography!
I love photography. LOVE it. This past Christmas I half bought-half got a Canon Rebel XS and it is the most amazing thing ever. Here are some of my pictures-
Admin, if there are too many pictures you can delete some.
So. Do you love photography? What are your favorite things to take pictures of? If you can, post your pictures here (with no people in them).
Here is how I post my photos-
First, I post them on my blog (to make it work, you just have to put your pictures on the internet BEFORE posting them on the CB. I use blogger because I have a blog, but I'm sure you could use Facebook, Flickr, etc.)
Then I copy and paste them into the comment box! Ta-da!

Gorgeous pictures, Julia! You have one fantastic camera. Speaking of cameras, can anyone recommend a really good digital camera? (not just like a small kind you stick in your pocket on vacation) It doesn't have to be a pro camera with a tripod and such. I'm looking into buying a high quality camera for my trip to World Youth Day in Europe this summer, and since it's a once in a life time experience, I might as well have a good camera to capture it all. Any ideas?

@Mary Jo: Wouldn't it be the weirdest thing if we met eact other at World Youth Day??? I'm not going, (although I want to!) but we were talking about going this year and it would just be amazing if we met there! :)
I don't have any recommendations. Well, I really like my camera. :) Yes, it LOOKS like the kind you take on vacations, but it's really amazing and takes crystal clear photos. It's a Casio Exilim. I don't really like having a bulky camera, because it's not as easy to take on hikes and such (which my family does a lot) so this is the perfect camera for me! It's "thin as paper". Hahaha, I told my friend that and she's like "more like a notebook", but anyway, it's really skinny but can take amazing pictures. Definitely not as good as Julia's (or maybe the photographer isn't as good. That's more likely.:D) but I love it!

Well, really, there's either the small kind you stick in your pockets (called point and shoot cameras) or "pro" cameras (called DSLR cameras). Some point and shoots are pretty good (and expensive!), but they really aren't worth the price. If you're willing to pay more, I'd recommend a basic DSLR camera (the basic Canon camera is the Canon Rebel XS and the basic Nikon camera is the Nikon D3100 [at least, I think... I don't know much about other companies...]). While you'd have to replace a point and shoot after a couple years, just because it's outdated and such, you really never need to replace a DSLR. If you want better quality, more options, or whatever, you can simply buy better lenses, new flashes, or whatever you want to upgrade. Plus, they take better pictures no matter what. :) They usually cost around $500 (sometimes more, sometimes less), and that seems like a lot, but if you think about it, it's not too bad. A point and shoot usually costs around $200 or so, and you have to replace them every couple years, while you'll never have to replace your DSLR.
Just my advice.:)

@Mary Jo: I don't have a camera myself and I don't have any recommendations, but you can always look for cameras on the Net. Good cameras have a high number of megapixels and have optical zoom. (that's not everything though) Hope this helps! :-)
Well, here are some picturess I took while I was waiting in the car at Popeyes. I took the photos with my iPod. Sorry they're so big! I tried to resize them.
(I have a million of photos like this, so I'll limit myself)
Sorry there are so many! I'm just overly-conceited about how my iPod camera actually produced average photos. :-)

OK, let's see if this works. :) I'm going to try pasting photos from our Picasa page. Sadly, all of these were taken last year, so none of them were taken with my new camera. :[ I'll have to look around for some of those!

Yeah, Kimberly photos!!!!! Olive and Kimmie, all you're pictures are splendid! Kimmie, is Picasa easy to get? I was thinking about doing that because I REALLY want to post pictures!! I was thinking about getting one, and it seems simple enough.

@R~D~: Ha, ha, Kimberly photos-that made me laugh! :) I'm glad you like them! I believe that you need to make a Google account to have Picasa and you do need to instal it. I really hope you can instal it, because I really, really want to see your photos!

I love your pictures, Olive! The raindrops sort of fracture the color and make it interesting.
I don't think it works in Word.
I've tried it...
