I bet there's a thread on this already (sorry!) but it might snow here tomorrow... I really hope it does! I'm not a huge fan of playing in it (cold and wet) but it's so pretty, and it's definitely wonderful to get school off for a day! We only get one or two snows here in SC per year. It's sad. Then again, I bet some of you live in places where it never snows, so I guess I should be thankful! :)

What do you like to do on snowdays? Here are the things I like most:

- Hot chocolate (this definitely belongs at the top of the list!)

- Reading a good book cover to cover

- Taking pictures of the beautiful white landscape outside

- Attempting to make a snowfort (one year I'll succeed!!!!)

HI CANDLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Snow days:

-Snowball fights with me sis.

-After the roads are scraped, we go sledding on the snow mounds on our very flimsy sleds that are going to break in about one more use.

-Letting the dogs catch snowballs.

-Hot Cocoa and tea!!!!

-Shoveling the walk

-Going to Gramma's and shoveling her walk.

-Attepmtions at snowmen

-Seeing how tired we get running in all our snow gear (those boots are HEAVY).

I love snow!  It's wonderflastical.  All beautiful and white.  I love looking at the smooth white of freshly fallen snow, a few inches tall so as to cover the grass.  Yet I also love running over it, creating little caves in the snow and looking at my footprints, alone in the smoothness of the snow.  And I love sledding.  In my backyard in the woods, there are huge hills that we slide down.  It's scary, but fun.  I ran into my dad once and he fell on top of me, and nearly hit his head on a tree.  It was funny and scary at the same time.  xD  And I love jumping on the trampoline with snow piled on top of it -- it's hard, and slippery, but fun.  And running!  I get tired in my many layers, waddling and slipping, but it's good exercise, eh?  *unusally peppy grin*  And there is also a creek in our woods that freezes, and so we can travel down it and pretend to be polar bears. 

I love the winter...

Candle! You're back! :) It snowed SIX whole inches here!!!! We've been having so much fun. My favorite things to do are:

--go sledding!!

--eat popcorn and drink cocoa

--(try but fail to) build a snowman

--make coke slushies in the snow

--eat the snow!!

--watch movies
