So, what did

Chatterbox: Down to Earth

So, what did

So, what did ya get for Christmas? I got an HP7 calendar and poster, dark purple nail-polish, Marauder's Map (!!!), some purple socks and shirt, fluffy white hat, Juniper, Wise Child, Colman in HARDBACK, and Christmas pajamas. Our Grandma knitted a pair of slippers for me, each of my sisters, and Mama. Then some friends came over today and gave us each two home-made bead necklaces and bracelet.

Peacing out for now,

Hannah ☺☻ (Admins can answer, too!:))

I got a new John Grisham book, Filagree cologne, foaming hand soap, a beautiful Nativity scene musical snow globe, minestrone soup mix, snow boots I really needed, a National Parks calendar, a jigsaw puzzle, and lots of chocolates. It was also a wonderful gift to have family here for the day and good health for all!

I am so glad to find that I'm not the only person out there so obsessed with Harry Potter so as to even want HP merchandise for Christmas. My parents, in their infinite wisdom, have never seen fit to actually give me any, but it makes me smile nonetheless to see all the HP gifts on these lists. :)

This year, I got Princess Academy by Shannon Hale (I guess my parents figured that I'd checked it out from the library enough times that it would be cheapest just to buy it for me), Taylor Swift's album Speak Now, a sweater, and a hand-knitted bag from my mother that is absolutely gorgeous.

I guess that might seem like a short list, but that's simply the result of a very expensive gift for the whole family.

This year, my parents broke down and bought a game system. I'm in awe. In all my fifteen years, my parents have never even considered buying their kids a game system. I'm speechless, to say the least. I haven't decided whether it's a good speechless or a bad speechless yet; I haven't had the opportunity to actually try it. :)

Anyway, I hope you all had a merry Christmas!

Savitri: No, that doesn't sound little.  Sometimes it's better to get a smaller amount, so you are more thankful!  Haha, my mom wouldn't consider gaming systems either!  My uncle got us a Wii for Christmas a couple years ago and my mom almost didn't let us keep it!
