Guess what!!!!! For

Guess what!!!!! For the very first time in my entire life, I'm having a WHITE CHRISTMAS!!!! It's actually SNOWING hard in GEORGIA!!! It's already covered the grass and the roof. I can't believe it!!

I'm writing this on my new *laptop*! This was the first website I visited on it. :)

Merry Christmas!!!

Congratulations on your very first magical, white Christmas, Mary Jo!

NO WAY, MARY JO!!!!! WE GOT SNOW FOR CHRISTMAS, TOO!!! Maybe we live close by each other. This is so cool. *deep breaths* Okay, so my sisters and I already made a snowman today. It is about four feet tall and is slanting very dangerously. We haven't named it yet. Last year we named our super tall and skinny snowman "Flamingo". So I guess we have to give this one a weird name, too;) That's cool you got a laptop. A friend of mine got a laptop for Christmas, too. What color is it? PC or MAC?

Peacing out for now,

Hannah ☺☻

@ Hannah--ehh...*clears throat*...all I know is that I have a laptop and that's good enough for me. I don't think it's a Mac, so I guess it's a PC. Where in Georgia do you live? (You don't have to say exactly where.) I live in northwest Georgia, up near the corner.

There's still snow on the ground!!! It was frozen over yesterday, so we got this big, plastic, bowl-shaped toy and went sliding down our yard with it. (Our yard is slanted downhill.) We built a snowman on Christmas and named it Charlie. It's still standing, but hasn't come to life just yet. Maybe if we hold hands and chant around it, it will. ;) To the top!

I live in northwest Georgia, too. But it's not super close to the corner. I looked on Wikipedia, and I'm four counties away from the top.

The snow is melting a lot now. :( So much for "It'll snow again soon, I'm sure."

Peacing out for now,

Congratulations on the snow! That's awesome!! I wish it had happened here!

@ Hannah: You could name him Pisa after the leaning tower, but maybe the snowman isn't big enough for that name, or maybe you've named him already, or you don't like it, or he's melted. It's weird in about the same way as Flamingo, though.

Wow... Mississauga's a disgrace, snow-wise this year. (We had a white-green-brown Christmas over here.) This is sad... But you guys are lucky!

Happy First White Christmas, Mary Jo! =D We almost NEVER have a white Christmas here in Colorado, but last year when I went to Massachusetts for Christmas, we did and I missed it! Usually we have a white Halloween, or my birthday has snow (in MARCH!). This year we had absolutely no snow to speaketh of! So, that was irritating. -.-

@ Hannah--wait a second....I think I'm four counties away from the corner too!! That would be so cool if we lived in the same area. Do you live in Floyd, Polk or Bartow county? Once again, you don't have to tell me if you don't feel comfortable.

@MJ: Sorry, now that I count again, I'm five or six counties away, next to Fulton County. Sorry.

Peacing out for now,

@ Hannah--that's too bad, but I think we live about an hour and twenty minutes away. That would be cool if we ran into each other!

Mary Jo, it's so awesome that you had a White Christmas! :D Wow, it's really cold everywhere this year, isn't it? I mean, we're in AZ, and it's even chilly here! Wow...Jack Frost has been busy. ;) How awesome that you got a new laptop!

Oh, Hannah & MJ, it is so funny that you guys live near each other! :D

Kinda makes you question Global Warming, now doesn't it? :)

Of course, two days after Christmas, IT SNOWS.  Grrrrrrr, if only it had snowed for Christmas.  But, at least there is snow!

Ha ha, I've been questioning Global Warming ever since I heard about it. ;)

Gustav says "aira." Um... air... I dunno, he's making no sense, maybe he misspelled "era."

It's Climate Change now though don'tchaknow. Because the only reason it's still a controversy is scientists and governments can benefit from saying it is.

It's supposed to get down to -30 here tonight. I'd say it's a welcome change from the constant snow, but quite frankly I prefer warm snow temperatures (i.e. high 20s) over bitter chill any day. Sigh.

Awwwwww.  This is the first unwhite Christmas I've had that I can remember.  I live in Colorado, so we ususally have snow.
