Homecoming?
When's your homecoming? Mine was last night, and I had a really good time :) We actually had a DJ who knew something about music this time, and there weren't even that many creepy guys that wanted to dance with us :D
Homecoming stories? Plans? Anything?

Our theme this year was Skool Daze. It's kinda lame. Here's our themes. My school dosen't have a homecoming dance, but I'm not old enough to go anyway. *sighs* But our game is Friday, along with the parade and a XC meet........... That's going to be fun.
Monday: Favorite Excuse (I wore 2 different shoes and my shirt backwards)
Tuesday: Class Color (7th Grade was Yellow. Ugh. No offense to yellow-likers)
Wednesday: Nerd Attire (I looked more like a prep school girl)
Thursday: Dress Up Day (just pretty much look nice. I'll be wearing a dress........ strange, I know.
Friday: Blue and White Day (those are our school colors)
Then we'll dress up for the parade. I'll rant about the rest of this on Sunday, because I have dance, piano, and XC practice tomorrow, and school, parade, XC meet, and the FB game on Friday, and I work all day Saturday. (Which is Good, cause I'm broke)
So I'll send this to the back now................... wow that was a long post!!!!!!!!!!

Haha, we had themes like that for homecomig week :) Let's see if I can remember the themes:
Monday: Touch of Class Day (Which is like looking nice and stuff. I was sick that day so I didn't dress up...obviously.)
Tuesday: Zombie Day (I was sadly absent that day, too. Which was reallyreallyreally upsetting :'C)
Wednesday: Hippie Day (I was back for that day! I did embroidered jeans with writing all over them, tie-dye peace tee-shirt, converse (which aren't really that hippie...) and braided my hair and put in a headband)
Thursday: Era Day (Freshman - Futuristic Sophmores - Wild West Juniors - Caveman Seniors - Knights and Dragons and such...the word is not coming to mind....*headdesk*[Medieval? Admin]
Friday: Blue and Gold Day (School Colors) And the night of the homecoming game!! Woot! We won!

Ours was... September?
We lost the game by over 30 points, and the dance was bad (or so I'm told; I did the sensible thing: worked, then went home and started reading The Misanthrope (which is brilliant), and then went to the 5th quarter party at our church). Other than that it was pretty good.

Weird... I swear I posted on this thread. Hmm... Well, I just said that our homecoming is a couple weeks away. I don't plan on going... but then again, no one's asked me. And I do have a perfect dress.....
Clair, I am running XC too!!! I don't like the meets much, typically because I'm always a nervous wreck. Well, I've actually only been to 1 meet and I threw up before and so I ran terribly and I'm not looking forward to the next meet. Ugh. But I love it just because it's so much about personal development. You don't even have to go to the meets if you don't want. (*ahem*). XD
LOLOL!! Spamboy says "fyii" For your information... what? :-)

Dress Up Day-I was the only girl in Junior High who dressed up!
Blue and White Day- BHS (my school) shirt and dogtags
I'll make a thread about XC and talk about the meet there.
The game was boring, but we won. I was so bored because all my "friends" are on the dance team (which is horrible and hard to watch when you take dance classes 3 times a week. Sorry, it was really bad.) The best part was (fake names) when Simon and Trent (which I consider brothers) started messing around. It was really funny. My REAL friends (which is all of yah!) My friend Tanner gave me some RedBull, which livened me up. I'd never had it before. Whoa!!!!!!!
