back to the Down to Earth

I know what you mean.  And by the way, I missed you too and I'm glad to see you're still here!  I've been here a while and I've seen so many come and go and it drives me crazy.  I remember EW saying she would never leave CB and she even planned a date in the future for us to meet!  And then BAM, she's gone.  I think the whole SMS thing scared her off (because some were pointing fingers at her), but the rest... I don't know.  Mary W I thought was still here, but now that you mention it, I haven't seen her in a LONG while.  Same with Laura!  UGH.  I do miss them.  But thank goodness Kimberly came back! And who else??

Yes, I do miss them. I wish they'd come back... Maybe I should ask ML to come back, on her blog. I would've already, because I miss her, too, but there are about 2 comments on that blog, and it's going to feel a bit odd to make one since I'll practically be the only one... Oh, well. I'll do it anyway. Hope for the best; she might return.

While I do miss these people, there is really nothing we can do to keep them from moving on with their lives. Please don't think I'm heartless, but only they can make the decision to come back or not.

One always hopes they make the decision in favor of the CB, but...

I don't think you're heartless, Brynne. I actually really like what you said! Only they can make the choice of coming back or not....

Even if some buggies never come back though, we'll always remember them! :)

I do like what you said, Brynne.  It makes sense.  Why should we dwell upon them leaving?  The only problem with them leaving is: the Chatterbox has been REALLY slow lately!  :'( Insanely slow.  That's, I guess, what I really find sad.

Yeah, CB has been rather slow lately.... :p Some new buggies have shown up though, maybe that will pick things up a little bit! :)

Yeah, it is sad, especially as many of the people who used to keep it lively are leaving but it tends to go through really slow times and then really fast times. If I recall correctly, last year it was quite slow at the beginning of the school year, and then by Thanksgiving and Christmas had picked up again.

I'm glad you guys don't think I'm heartless; I didn't know quite how to frame what I said without coming across as mean or uncaring.

You make a good point as well, Kimberly, in that we always remember them!

I know what you mean. People come and go, and there's really nothing you can do about it but let them go by and say hello while they're here. If that makes sense.
