what are everyone's favorite sports? Mine are hiking, biking, swimming, kayaking, and cross-country skiing. Does anyone know how to downhill ski or snowboard? I'd like to learn to do one of them this year, but I can't choose... :):):):)

Ski. For your own good sake, choose to ski. Everybuggy on the chairlift laughs at the beginner snowboarders. They go about two inches, then fall. Two inches. Fall. Two inches. Fall. Etc. (It's actually quite funny! :D:D:D) Plus, skiing is easier to learn!
I ski! I'm not as much of a fan as my brother is (you have to drag me to the mountains, while Clay is talking about skiing in the middle of August), but I sometimes enjoy it. Because I have to be doing some sport regularly, I swim once a month. I LOVE IT!!!! They call it lessons, but once you get to the group I'm in, it's pretty much having a lifeguard tell you to do this many laps of this stroke or that. I have to go to dinner, so I'll tell you about it later! Adios!! :D:D:D

Hee, hee, hee!! :D:D Yeah, I thought that was sorta weird... :):) Thanks for the advice. I'm still a little scared, because when my dad was thirteen, he broke his leg skiing... He broke his leg many times... Urrgghh... And when my friend went skiing for the first time in February, she had a nightmare trip. Her little brother and mom were on a ski lift, AND THEY HIT THE POLE!!! Ouch!! My uncle, who is an experienced snowboarder, said that in the beginning little kids were laughing at him because he kept falling. Hmmm... :S:S

Hi. I like skiing too. Last year I went with my friends, and before I went I was scared because I forgot how to ski, but when I got there, I had a blast! This year I'm going to do Ski Club and swimming. I did swimming last year and had a lot of fun! It's pretty competitive, but I like it! I also do Irish dance, it's lots of fun! I'm working on a dance now that my school is going to perform in March. I started last year and I love dancing in front of people. And I have no trouble smiling, in fact, I can't help but smile!
Umm, what else do I do? WELL, when I was little, I used to play hockey, but I didn't have a lot of energy because I got my tonsils. (I don't know why.) And now I want to do it again, but I think I'm a little too late... I used to do baseball, but I was horrible. I was the third baseman, but I wasn't paying any attention, I just wanted to talk! That was in like, 1st grade!
Well, that's about all the sports! Yup!
