That's the most adorable thing ever. I have every word/sound memorized. The first time I saw it, it made me so happy, just because he's a tiny little kid with a British accent. Haha, it still makes me happy.

I admire him for not throwing a fit and hitting his brother...  Then he stuck his finger back into Charlie's mouth.  And the accent.  I know a little boy with an accent like that...
