My Dog Is On Strike!!!!!!
I'm serious! My dog won't eat unless he's alone and all he does is pout in the Kennel! We think it's because I worked with a Rottweiler he didn't know. He gets jealous so easily. Does anybuggy have any suggestions for me? Please? Hunter is normally a bum but this is ridiculous!

I don't know what you should do, but you could try looking in the dog training books by The Monks of New Skete. How To Be Your Dog's Best Friend, Divine Canine, probably some others I'm forgetting. My dad has them, and they are very helpful with our dogs. Sorry I can't be of more help.

Well, I think I can explain this. Your dog thinks of your family as a dog pack. As such, he has a rank for everyone. One of your parents is probably the leader, you are probably somewhere in the middle. He thinks of himself as last. Because you smell like another dog, he might think that you were bringing home another (big) dog, one that would push his rank down even farther. You could let it wash over, because when it becomes obvious that you are not going to adopt another dog, he will go back to normal.

Take him for a walk. Give him lots of attention. Hope this all blows over!
