So... I guess
So... I guess around this time would be my one-year anniversary of being on the CB. That is exciting to me. It makes me nostalgic. We've gotten many new people since I came on. Ann, Leaf, Alexa/Olive, Lovely Mathilda, Ima, I think R~D~ and Megan, maybe I'm wrong, and many other cool people. When I was having a fight with some of my friends like eleven months ago, coming on here was reassuring.
I've become a more well-rounded person due to coming on the CB. I read books I'd never had even heard of, and they became some of my favourites, and I found music I'd never listened to, and I now listen to it almost every day. I participated in NaNoWriMo, and probably will fahevah. I got internet email buddies (Adina and Jen), and found new things to obsess over. Using Inkwell has dramatically altered my writing style, for the better. I'm more open-minded about things like politics and religion, and I'm nicer and more emotional.
I'd say more, but I have to go to dinner and I'm getting cheesy.

Awwwww! How sweet! That's really awesome, Mary LIz. I'm looking forward to my one year anniversary, thought technically it happened awhile ago, since I've been reading the CB for... let's just say a long time. But you knew that didn't you.
I'm also really grateful to all the people here. I've made friends and I've gotten obsessed with Discworld, thanks to TNÖ and I've been inspired to do things (don't ask for examples). I've laughed, gotten tears in my eyes, growled (yes, growled) and done a lot of other things at my poor computer and I'm generally a lot happier since I've been on Chatterbox, not just reading, but participating
I just introduced my friend to Chatterbox while reading the quote thread in CaC to her when she was at my house. I think I got her hooked, but in this small chance she never appears, she'll least she'll read Discworld. Score!!!
I wish I could meet all you guys sometime, but I think it's good enough to talk to you. And sorry to those of you who noticed I haven't been on. My teachers think it's fun to pile on projects and homework. Or maybe they're just bored. I have yet to find out.
Thanks to those to read my collection of random thoughts and survived. And to those who weren't so lucky, I'm dreadfully sorry.

Aww, that was sweet too, Leaf! I agree with everything you said, except in my case They have been so far unsuccessful getting me to read Discworld, but TNO (umlaut) did fahevah change my taste in music. :)

My one year anniversary was Christmas Eve (I think, I'm never entirely sure about that....)
I wish I could meet you all too....
Tell your friend we'll welcome her with open arms.
And, I too have laughed and growled, among other things, and my dear computer had withstood it all. :)

I'd like to propose a toast, to everyone on Chatterbox (including Buggies, Admins, and Webmasters), for being so wonderful, (most of the time, *heehee* jk-jk) and for making all of our lives better in some small way or another, or in many cases, such as mine, in a big way, such as providing us with friends when we need them most, for always being here for each other, and for never giving up on those who've moved on. *raises glass of sparkling cider* To ChatterBox, and Cricket, Z.A.R., and Mary W. Congratulations!

In April, I'm pretty sure, it will have been a year for me. When I first came here, I think the first people who talked to me, were Mary W. and Emily L. and Emily H, oh and Paige (Kenzie). I had no idea what this was even, I just wrote random things, and you guys helped me so much! It has been amazing being here. I am so glad everyone here is so nice, and they help me when I'm in need. I really wish I could meet you all in the "real world". It is so cool being able to help new people who come, because it was only a year ago when everyone else was helping me! And now I am kinda a "veteran" I guess. I was thinking about leaving... I'll admit, but I just COULDN'T!!! I love you guys!!! :) And, Admins, thanks for all your help! You're the best! This site wouldn't be here without you, that's for sure!!!!! :D
