Vegetable Thread!

Here is a calm, banal thread about vegetables. :)

My favorites are peas and cucumbers and butter lettuce. Peas are just delicious for some reason, I could eat them for ages. And cucumbers are so fresh and crisp and crunchy. My taste for them probably comes from a particular branch of my family who all love cucumbers - they subsist on them, pretty much. And butter lettuce is just so yummy. My least favorite vegetable is spinach. But if you cook it, it's quite tolerable... 

Anyway,  talk about your opinions on vegetables here!
