fine i'll start

ya'll are too reluctant

  1. Ingredients

    • 340g graham cracker crumbs

    • 3 tbsp melted butter

    • 24 oz cream cheese (approx. 3 packages)

    • 127 g sugar (can shorten to 90 g)

    • 60 g heavy whipping cream

      3 large eggs, lightly beaten

340 g mix of crushed freeze dried strawberries and strawberries (1:2)

    1. In a small bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and butter. Press onto the bottom of an ungreased 9-in. springform pan. Place the pan on a baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Reduce heat to 325°.

    2.

    3.

    4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar and cream. Add eggs and vanilla; beat on low just until combined. Divide batter into halves. Add strawberries to half. Spread over the crust. Then pour the rest of the non-flavored mix on top. Place pan on a double thickness of heavy-duty foil (about 18 in. square). Securely wrap foil around the pan.

Place springform pan in a large baking pan. Fill a larger pan with 1 in. hot water. Bake at 325° until the center is just set, 70-75 minutes. Remove the springform pan from the water bath. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Remove foil. Carefully run a knife around the edge of the pan to loosen; cool for 1 hour longer. Refrigerate overnight.
      4. Decorate with melted chocolate or halved strawberries if you want (I just didn’t include it in the ingredients list because I didn’t do it)
tell me if I forgot to do smth because this is my original recipe
