For the past couple years I've been doing this thing called rose, bud, thorn. So basically every day (week, month, century) you say you're rose, which is something good that happened today. Then you say you're thorn which is something not so good that happened today. Finally, you say you're bud which is something you're looking forward to. Let's try it on CB!
P.S. Not strictly a daily thing, but something to do when you're on here.
P.P.S I think during my hiatus my brain was just accidentally coming up with thread ideas.

OMG! I remember playing four square in 5th/6th grade! We have four square courts, although the 8th graders (us) don't really use them bc the new sixth graders hog them looooool

rose- my dad is running the nyc marathon so proud!
thorn- i burnt the pancakes i made this morning
bud- ig its almost thanksgiving? but my dad quit making turkey, he says it's "too much of a chore/too hard to do/an annoyance"

Rose: I got to see my friends yesterday!
Thorn: My English teacher. She is just... so bad. She refers to people with special needs as retards. (Admins feel free to edit that if it's not CB appropriate) She gives me bad grades with no explanation. And she picks on people who have had siblings in her classes. ("Your brothers were such good students")
Bud: I'm going to my friend's musical on Saturday with my other friends and IMSOEXICITED!!!

This is a good day to do this because I have super clear ones on my mind :D like, these three times are what I'm very much thinking about and what I've been very much thinking about and stuff :DDD
Rose: I sit next to my squish now, and he's awesome, except I couldn't really talk to him because I short-circuited when he looked at me lol (in a good way though :D). And he was still doing homework when class had ended and it was last period and I'm always super slow at packing up so we were both just doing stuff in the classroom with the teacher and for some reason it was really peaceful and nice :DD so that was a nice end to my day! Although now he doesn't have homework anymore because he works so fast somehow (and yet still does good work?? How???) and I'm like, wow, I haven't even started question one of my homework... :D
Homework is also very much on my mind...
Thorn: haha I feel like I'm just doing IOU's all over the CB and I really am good for it (*cough* Hop Pop reference :P) (also Stan Bucks :P) and I mean it but I constantly don't have time to sit down and really write something impactful right now and I feel bad uh...
also, you know, the self isolation yeah that's still happening
but another rose! To combat the other thorn! This happened yesterday but I was able to talk with my BFF about lots of stuff that I've been wanting to talk to her about but mostly just I was able to talk with her!!!! Which I haven't had a chance to do recently!!! I haven't talked to her as in an actual conversation in months!!! And we used to talk EVERY DAY so this was soooo nice, especially since she's been really busy (and it feels like she's stressed eek, so it was good to laugh instead of just constantly stressing secretly like it feels like we've been doing recently) and also I just really need friends who are willing to talk to me right now...
also, she's just amazing :D
Bud: first club meeting tomorrow! My squish will be there! And also hopefully An! And some of my other classmates who I just found out are also writing books and also they're both cool in general, so, :DDD excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rose: I had a quiz in ASL today and I think I did pretty well.
Thorn: It's my choir and a capella group's last rehearsal today.
Bud: The concert for my choir and a capella group on Satuday!
