Spring Party!!

Happy spring, everybuggy! A season of rebirth and blooming, a time I’ve awaited for far too long! And so, in celebration of the sun’s return, me and my AEs have decided to host a party, just as we did a few years ago! Perhaps it will become a tradition ;)

This party will be hosted in a field surrounded by trees and a few hills. The field has quite a few flowers in it, and the grass is tall enough to reach one’s ankles. And of course, it’s a wonderfully warm (but not sweltering) spring day!

There will be a snack table filled with cookies, fruit and a few vegetables, as well as various drinks! Music will also be provided, though songs can be requested and added to the playlist. The dress code is mildly fancy but not “ball-fancy”, just a little nicer than day-to-day wear.

The only main rule is that you need to have fun! If you ever feel stressed out due to this RP, please remember to take a break if you need it! This is not a requirement or complete obligation, just make sure you are enjoying it :)

Alright, I think that’s about it! There is no specific start date, so feel free to begin whenever you please, but it would be nice if a few people sign up before the RPing begins :)

~"?+¥ I'm Ember, Celi's AE. You can call me Emb. And I'm fine, but I'll be great if those gummy bears are available for eating...?+¥"~

~"Ah, of course!" I say. I let them take a handful. I laugh nervously. "I was going to take it to the snack table, but I guess I forgot." I casually set it down on the table, which is conveniently next to us. The music currently playing is pretty good. "What do you think of the party so far?"~

_Aries_

_I set my mini sandwiches on the table and smiling, go up to the nearest AE and say, "Hi there! How's the party for you so far?"_

Anyone want to talk to Aries?

Dawn
I’m standing near the snack table, rearranging the flowers, as the guests begin to arrive. I’ve rearranged these bouquets dozens of times today, but I suppose it helps me calm myself a bit.
An alter ego I don’t recognize walks over and begins to scan the table, taking a handful of gummy bears another must have brought. Their appearance almost reminds me of Writing, with horns and large wings, though there is a notable lack of a tail on this AE. Interesting.
I hadn’t realized I was maintaining a subtle gaze at them until the AE waved at me- “Hello! Are you one of the hosts? I love the decorations,” they said through stuffed cheeks.
I smile in return, “Yeah, I am. Thank you.” I brush a piece of my hair behind my ear, hands wandering back to the flowers absentmindedly. “It means a lot, we’ve worked really hard on all of this.”
I look back at the other AE, adding, “My name is Dawn, by the way. It’s nice to meet you.”

/When we get to the party, I'm planning to run over and say hi to Dawn, but I see a girl with red hair and run over because her hair is SO. COOL!!\

/"/Hi!!!\" I say to the girl, who I think is Tigerlily since I looked at the forms. "/I'm Chai! Your hair is super awesome and I LOVE IT!\" I give Tigerlily a big grin.\

Callum

When we arrive at the party, girl in red's "Girls" is playing. Peri smiles. "I love girl in red."

We all say "me too" at once. I guess that comes with being Peri's AE: love of indie pop music.

I approach Ronin nervously. "Uh, hey Ronin," I say. I blush a tad and smile. "It's good to see you again."

*% I heave the heavy picnic basket, cooler, and the blankets over my shoulder. Sighing, I make my way towards the party. Such pretty flowers, Fern would love it. The cool breeze blows softly, cooling me down for but a moment. "Aw geeze, why did everyone have to bring so much food. I mean, snails. Really Rin?!" I mutter to my self, quietly. Suddenly, a girl wearing a white sundress with lemons on it runs up to me ."/ I'm Chia! Your hair is super awsome and I LOVE IT!\" . Oh!" - I fumble the cooler before placeing it down - "R-Really! Well thanks. It's natural, your hair is a very pretty shade of auburn!" I smile back at her, putting the rest of my stuff down. " Oh, and I'm Tigerlily by the way!" %*

/"/Nice to meet ya, Tigerlily!\" I spin around. "/Want to try one of my cookie-pies? It's my own personal recipe, baked by yours truly!\" I smile and hold one out to her.\

\I walk through the flowery field, enjoying the warm sun and the blue sky. It's so beautiful here. Soon Poinsettia and I reach the snack table, which is filled with delicious-looking food. Music plays, adding a festive mood. It looks like a wonderful party, and I feel very excited.\

|My grumpy reviere is interupted when somebody comes around the side of the tree and bumps into me. "Hey, watch it!" I hiss. #"Watch it yourself,"# they growled back. #"What, do you think you own this tree?"# Their speech is somewhat muffled from the food in their mouth.|

|"I own it for now," I retorted. "I don't want to be here, so I claimed this for my spot!" #"Well I don't want to be here either,"# they shot back. #"So I have as much of a right to sulk where I please."# They scarfed down the rest of their food. Some sort of bread? "Is that garlic (@pangolin, I was just making up the type of bread so if they don't like garlic bread you can change that) bread?" I asked, grumpily. #"Well, yeah," they said. "It's the best."# I stared at them in begrudged silence. It really was the best.|
