Hello! Welcome to the Chatterbox! I'm 11, too! I have a 14-year-old brother named Will and a multi-colored German Shephard/Siberian Husky Labrador (mostly German s=Shepherd) mix named Sheena, along with a gerbil named Zelda.

You have more than 30 cousins?!! Wow, I  only have 2! They're 16 and 18 years old, I think, and they're both girls. And I have a mother and father as well.

My favorite color is green, but purple is my 2nd favorite.

I couldn't possibly choose a favorite food (although pasta is delicious), as I have many. And speaking of food, I'm vegan, by the way, but as I'm allergic to dairy and eggs, I'm not missing much more than I would already, so it's a lot easier than you'd think.

Pretty much everyone here is a complete bibliophile. I've never read 39 Clues, but I've heard of it. What's the prize?

Hi Michelle!  Welcome to the Chatterbox and to Cricket in general!  I'm Leaf, swingin' on my tree and I have unusual moving powers (I can go on planes *gasp*).  But really I'm a 12.5-year-old girl who loves to read and write and play musical instruments, i.e., violin and piano and sometimes viola (but I'm bad at it).  Wow, over thirty cousins!  That's pretty cool!  I have *counts off on fingers* 6 cousins, all older than me, though one cousin is one day older than me.

About the Chatterbox, we are all a bunch of people who love reading and mostly writing.  If you hear strange, unusual voices in your head while on this site, this is just our plan to take over the world.  No worries.  Many of us are insane, but of course you don't really have to be to fit in. ;)  I think there is another topic that Koffee missed that you should avoid and that is Eragon.  I think I missed this argument, but I guess it's not open for comment. *shrugs*  Ask someone else if you want to know more.  

This is a fantastic place, an addictive getaway so I bet you'll have lots of fun.  Questions or comments?  Call one of us at.... okay I'm going overboard.  Just ask. :D

Hey-dee-doo-dah! Lavendershy here, also known as Emily H. or lav or so on. We are delighted to have you here! A couple things you should know about the Chatterbox:

1) Koffee is nuts. We all love her. Just don't get scared by her flying mangoes and stuff of that sort. :D

2) If you can't find a thread, dig around on the last couple pages. New threads go back there for some reason.

3) The Admins monitor every post and thread, so it will take a while for your post to come up. Don't worry about that - it generally takes a couple of hours. 

4) Cara C. likes ducks. She's cool. 

5) References to pies are common. Don't worry about them. And HPB is shorthand for Hot Pink Bunnies, which also should not be worried about. They're . . . odd. Both of these Chatterbox thingamawhoppers come from the magazine Muse, which is very cool. If you can ever get your hands on one, read it, and perhaps you'll start using pies too.

Hello Michelle! My name is Hannah P.. My favorite color is purple too! DARK to be excact. I'm reading The Doll People right now. It's really cute. Even though I'm 13 I still LOVE dolls. 

We have some cats that live outside. Their names are: King Julien, Petunia, Remus, and Teddy. There was one named Nymphadora, but she died.:(
