I have two questions, what does Cece's human appearance look like (I don't think it was mentioned in the form you gave me)
And, what are some of Cece's favorite places.
After those are ansewered, we can start!

Oops sorry, never really thought about that... let's see..
she's a Chinese water dragon so Ig she's Chinese
she has pigtails cuz I feel pigtails are just FULL of bouncy energy
she has eyes that are always changing, ranging from clear blue to violet blue, cuz water
she's kinda short cuz yes
she wears comfy flowy clothes like sweatshirts and stuff with corny sayings and quotes cuz that's just the kind of dragon she is! And occasionally poufy/flowy skirts but ALWAYS w/pockets. Always has at least 5 pockets on her at all times. But for this she'll be wearing a comfy, oversized gray sweatshirt with the quote "How inappropriate to call this planet Earth when it is quite clearly the Ocean. -Arthur C. Clarke" on it and 2 big pockets. She'll be wearing a long flowy skirt with 2 more pockets, as well as a pair of sweatpants with another pocket! Cuz pockets :)
she has a small nose and a big mouth (stretched from always talking so much.. this is sounding a lot like Katie Rose, if you've read Luv Ya Bunches (why was it banned?? I don't get it!), upon rereading so I'll stop there)
and I think those are the basics! And.. hmm.. I suppose she'd like a park cuz naturey but whatever Clem would prefer she's fine with! Thanks so much for making this thread!!

+I wait for about two more minutes, and find my self staring at Cece who came out from behind a tree (whoah, she said she was a chinese water spirit right...woah). Jumping up I ran over to her, envoloping her in a hug. I blushed slight, realizing what I did. I pulled back, blushing slightly. "Sorry, Um. Anyways, I'm Clem! In the flesh. It's so wonderful to meet you!!!"+

Sorry it's taking so long to write this it's just I am malfunctioning from woah Clem is so friendly (I love it! No complaints, just excuses) and if someone just hugged me irl I would mentally shut down and be awkward and so I have no idea how to write Ce's response... so sorry!! Ig I'll just write up a very awkward response rn!

***Clem hugs me and I squeeze back. We've just met and she's already so friendly!! +"Sorry, Um. Anyways, I'm Clem! In the flesh. It's so wonderful to meet you!!!"+ she apologizes awkwardly, and I laugh. "It's totally fine, I'm CeCe, as you probably already know, nice to meet you too!" And it is! I step back and look at her, her hair is separated into two different colors and she's wearing the cutest glasses ever and I already know we're gonna get along just fine! I realize I've probably been staring at her for too long, and grope for something to break the silence. Usually I know exactly what to say, but for some reason words have abandoned me now that I'm finally face to face with Clem, after years (ok, fine, it was probably just like 1 day, but still) of waiting! "Soo..." I try to remember what I know about Clem, but Celi didn't tell me too much. Then I remember the pastries! I dig the bag out of my pocket and hand it to Clem nervously. "I-uhh-baked some pastries for you this morning, they're still fresh," I say. She starts to open the bag and I feel the need to add "but I've never baked before soo.. I don't know if they're good.."***

I brush it off, shrugging. She places the bag in my hands, looking slightly worried. Peering inside I find adorable little fruit tarts. I grin, picking one up and popping into my mouth. After chewing for a bit I let out a little giggle. "These are really good!" I say, beaming.+

In fact, I don't even bake at all, it was just a last minute decision when I was getting ready to meet with Clem! But it's too late to go back now... I place the bag in Clem's hands and watch anxiously as she opens it. She picks one up and chews for what's probably only a few seconds but seems much longer. I'm about to apologize for how horrendous the tarts taste when she lets out a giggle. "These are really good!" she says, beaming, and I let out a sigh of relief. "Oh, um, thanks!" I reply. "So.. umm.. what's the name of Strawberry's bakery? And.. when do you want to go? I'm free almost whenever!"***
