I have a dilemma....

So, there's this guy who ripped my heart out, threw it on the ground, and stomped on it the Monday before Halloween of 2022, right?

Well, I kinda like/not like him, but my friend-- Let's call her A (NOT my other friend A, this is a different A)-- was sittin' with me in church last Sunday, right?

.... she still thinks I like N, but I'm tryin' to tell her I DON'T, and she's kinda worryin' me with the stuff she's drawin' and writin' 'bout me when we write to each other durin' service.

I kinda had a heart attack, or at least the feelin' of one, but I don't know what to do! Help me, y'all!

OK, in the first paragraph, I am assuming that you are talking figuratively. Also, what do you mean by you like/not like him?

That aside, maybe you could try to explain it to her in a text or in writing, because often people don't listen when talking vocally, but explaining it in a text, but being serious and honest with her, could work. And if she has some feelings about N that she wasn't able to tell you before, she could more easily explain her reasoning over writing than out loud. I don't have experience with this so I don't know whether it would work, but please consider it.
