This thread is for us to figure out what our Horse RP is going to be about! Since I have never made an RP before, this is a new and exciting experience! Once we make charrie sheets and things, we'll have people join. So, where should we start?

Let's see... What about power over thunderstorms? That sounds nice and ominous. Maybe they could also have some general magic that they use to cast spells and enchantments; at first no one knows this, but the thunderstorm horses start using their magic as the story goes on, so then the other horses band together to defeat them. What do you think?
Also, do you want to call them "Desert Horses", "Plains Horses," etc., or make up names for the different groups? I have no preference either way :)

I don't have a preference for herd names either way either. Just having Desert Herd and stuff sounds a little bland, but I'm out of ideas at the moment. If you have ideas though ...

Okay, how about having the herds have their ordinary names for everyday use, but for Special Occasions they have names we've made up? We can make them up later ig, or make them up once the RP is already running... Other than that, I can't think of anything more that needs to be worked out for the RP, can you?

Yeah, it's practically all tops! DtE has been so busy that this thread just kept slipping down, down, down, and it needed to be pushed back up :)
Yep, I guess we should make the charrie sheet! We'll need to include name, pronouns, appearance, and personality, I guess - the typical questions in a charrie sheet - but probably also the type of horse, and its age (like is it a foal or a yearling or an older horse), and something like who its family members are, to give some background and context (especially since horses live in family groups). Maybe also a question on the horse's quirks, or greatest strength/weakness? That's all I can think of. Do you have any other ideas? Oh, and how many characters should one person be allowed to have?
Aw, thank you!! It's been so nice getting to know you too, and working with you! :) I wonder if we'll be paired together on the new Make a Friend thread?? Our forms were sort of similar...
