Hi Jaybells. So. I have a....few questions for.
- How far are you in the game.
- Do you have the DLC?
- What are your thoughts on Urbosa and Riju's blood conection?
-Which Divine Beast is/was your favorite?
-How long ago did you buy the game?
-What are your thoughts on Tears of the Kingdom?

Ah, sorry for the wait!
> I've finished the game 2 times over, and occasionally come back just to play around!
> Yes! I bought it about half a year after recieving the game as a gift
> confusion. Honestly, a lot of the lore around the other races, particularly the Gerudo, really bother me. :/
> I played Vah Ruta first and before the wonder of exploring had worn off in full yet, plus as a player of the original zelda and a Link to the Past, I probably have the strongest nostalgic connection to it because of the Zora. I don't even remember playing Revali's DB to be honest (pretty sure I took it down in like 4 hits if replaying it in the DLC is anything to go by), thought Daruk's beast was kinda neat (I was literally in the middle of Health class via zoom when I beat it lol. Sadly, it only took a few shots cause I was pretty OP by then tho.) and loved the challenge Urbosa's DB battle by far! So, ze camel is probably my favourite lol. Unfortunately, they're all really similar (a huge problem in BoTW in general) so it gets a bit repetitive. I just wish there was a bit more, even though the DLC improves the feel by far, and the puzzles beforehand are a nice touch.
> A few years ago, I think? I know it was during the brunt of the pandemic, so maybe around 2-3 years?
> I AM SOOO EXCITED FOR TEARS IF THE KINGDOM. I WANT IT, IMMEDIATELY!!! It looks like there'll be a bunch of cool new mechanics and areas to explore (maybe kinda similar to the chasm/etc in Genshin??) plus sky-diving and other cool hijinks, if the trailers are to be believed! It also looks like there'll be hybrid enemies? Intriguing, right?? I genuinely can't wait until it comes out, I want it so badddddd!!!
What about you, what are all your thoughts and answers on BoTW, Reuby?

I started the game in 2020 and still to this day have not finished it.
I bought the game wiht my own money. So when my dada says who bought the game when he's mad at me...I get to say me. It makes him angry.
I think that Riju is Urbosa neice. I think that because Urbosa was never shown with a daughter. And she died to soon after being shown to have one in that amount of time. We were never introduced to her family, so it's compleatly possible she has a sister.
I did Vah Medoh first...and it was so easy. I finished it in a hour. Then Vah Ruta, which I had to try and finish two times. Then Vah Darunia which was the hardest to get into. It took me TEN TRIES! TEN! Then I did Vah Naboris.
I bought the game in 2020
I am extreamly excited for Tears of the Kingdom..but I don't have a switch...TTmTT so I am sad about that. But when it comes out, I'm going to my aunt and uncles and I'll play it over there...so that's a win...but that still does not give me a switch. I just hope theres more Gerudo and an Acordian playing bird I can simp for.

YES BOTW!
Echo, I see your Zelink and Mipha x Link (whatever their ship name is), and I pose to you... Sidon x Link?? I like their dynamic a lot, but Zelink is also very cute.
Favorite Champion, anybody? MIne's Urbosa, she's so cool.

I love Urbosa! And Mipha. But Urbosa more. She's so strong and the little snap you do when you get Urbosa's Fury is so adorbs.

YES URBOSA SUPREMACY-
*chef's kiss*

@Sterling - ...Linkdon? Hm. Hm. I must think about this. Personally, I think Sidon views Link as a buddy, not as a romantic interest? That's just my view, though! Nothing against LGBT+ people, though.
@Reuby - I like Urbosa too, and her relationship with Zelda is sooooo sweet.
Sidon for the win! So sad Urbosa and Mipha died, tho... :(

I don't know if it's just me, but I'm kinda not into the ships tbh.
Like, I remember first going through and doing the Zora questline earlier on and... Just being so uncomfortable with Mipha's advances??? Like. Idk, she wasn't coming on really strong or anything and I am literally the most sapphic person you will ever meet, but??? She's nice and sweet and pretty but for some reason the shipping really bothers me, unlike any ship in any fandom I've ever been in.
Same for Zelda. She's really quite rude and unnecessarily harsh on Link (especially at the beginning) for no fault of his own, but is then sometimes nice and/or clingy, and as a person who has survived several toxic relationships and abusive situations it lowkey boarders on triggering me and I don't think I can ever view her as any aside from the princess she is; One which you (as Link) are meant to serve and nothing else. I'm really torn because there's some really cool fanwork out there that depicts Zelda x Link and I want to love it, but.... in BoTW canon I feel it is quite impossible, and desperately hope that it isn't forced in the games. :/
Kinda funny, but the only relationship I can vaguely see happening is Sidon x Link just because they actually have chemistry (and pretty good chemistry at that) and are you know, still alive (also why the heck is Zelda still so young after a hundred years? I hate that sorry lol). It's totally possible they're just friends (heh, totally) but to me it would have felt way more natural than any other current ship. Idk, just pouring some thoughts out rn.
(To be clear, I think the two are so fundamentally seperate, this probably wouldn't work out though. Like, Sidon is next in line to the Zora Throne, is extremely loyal to his tribe and is highly loved and respected, thus unlikely to wander far from it since he has a place to exist, etc. On the contrary, at least how I play and headcanon, that's all Link is: A wanderer, an explorer, someone lost in time who is willing to wholly sacrifice for the sake of a kingdom that has more-or-less slipped from glory and its former heights; almost everyone he knew gone. Still, he is inspired by a sense of duty and awe, pure compassion and goodwill towards these people he doesn't even know. Life would not be fulfilling if it meant accepting being sedentary, along with a tied-down life-style. I embrace that wistful, bittersweet, and slightly melancholic tone, and let myself blow in the wind, a type of spiritual benefactor in the shadows, if you will. That is who Link is in the present of Hyrule to me. He doesn't have a place in this new world he protects, so he wanders -- alone -- doing what he can to create purpose for himself.)

Now that you mention it, Jay, (I'm going to call you that, if that's alright?) Zelda's relationship with Link is...pretty toxic. It's mostly my friends that ship Ze-Link, tbh.
And yeah, Mipha can be pushy--I only ship Mipha-Link when she's not as pushy.
This is kinda rambling, lol. I'm just in a hurry today~
McCharles my CAPTCHAE says ~Nypho.~ Nymph-O, I guess?
